My Boya M1 ,3.55mm, was no accepted by it.And Ore powerd mic like Rode vdo mic pro(3.55) also Zoom H2n also not accepted by it.Both are stereo mics. Any suggestions plz

Hello, love ur videos... can I use an XLR to 3.5mm cable to the mic input along with a XLR cable plugged into another mic? Which both mic will be plugged in to the soundcaster?

Yes you can use xlr to 3.5 mm as long as the mic does not requires 48v phantom power. You can connect it to Mic2B. Connect your other mic to Mic 1. Remember Mic2A and Mic2B works one at a time only.

@@jenuds My main microphone will be the FDUCE SL40...it has XLR & usbc connection but I'll be using XLR to the maonocaster E2. Could u please do a review of that mic?

@@jenuds Also, I'll be using the Maono PD100 XLR Dynamic microphone as my secondary mic for guests on my podcast... it comes with XLR cable male to female or female to male...not sure the correct layout but I hope u kno what I'm saying... So in regards to that can I still use the XLR to 3.5mm cable with it through the MaonoCaster E2 in mic2 right?

Yes you may connect your PD100 xlr to mic 1, then mic2b for the mic with xlr and 3.5mm cord

Where does maonacaster pull power from? The phone? I assume the non e2 variant works the same? Thanks for this.

I have volt1 interface and condenser mic, I have also tried scarlet but encounter the same problem on smule and starmaker, I can hear music but can not hear my own voice as I am singing 🙁. Can anyone help me here what should I do.

Are you using an iPhone which uses a lightning adapter? If yes, perhaps the lightning adapter you are using is not the right one. Not all lightning adapter works for recording/streaming. Perhaps your adapter is only as headphone which means you can only hear but it will not record or no audio on live streaming. I bought my lightning adapter from apple store. If not from apple store make sure it has mic feature as well.

I’m thinking of buying this Maono E2 sound card to use it with Shure SM58, is this combo any good?

Yes you should hear all audio. I don’t have shure sm58 so I can’t really test them. I think it should be good.
