Sorry for another question. Using that maono caster e2 and connect the usb c cable to the cell phone, broadcast live on tiktok or another application, can you hear the other person in the duo?

It depends on the app. I have tried FB and I invited a guest, it works as we can hear other clearly. I have tried kumu group live- didn’t work. Sorry can’t do a test on tiktok @jenuds1 coz I only have 80+ followers. It might take a while before I qualifies😇😂

Perhaps this video is what you’re looking for. Instead of iPhone use an android phone for calling. I hope you’ll use original Usb c adapter or supports calling otherwise it will not work. Hello ... i hv a probleme with my samsung s8 +. It cant receive sound from maono, even with adaptator. Like different of OMTP and CTIA cable. But when i tried to my samsung s6, it works normally. I dont know what happen with my s8

I don’t have Samsung s8+ or s6 to test with but try using without adapter - from live or Pod output of Maono connect it to the headphone port of your Samsung and try recording.

I use an Apple type-c DAC adapter with my Samsung and it works great.

I tried using the same usb c to usb c I used in this video, it did not work. The black adapter on this video which supports calling has the best audio output.

Yes it’s a cable for charging as well. It should work for streaming. Please note it works for Maonocaster E2 but not on Maonocaster lite.

Must be the cable or adapter to your phone. Make sure cables are plugged in properly. Make sure output volume is on high when recording/streaming.

As per my test. It did not work. The black adapter in this video which is the usb c that supports calling seems to work better.

Check first if the OUTPUT volume is on high. If you did but still no audio effects or audio not going into your phone, most likely it’s the phone adapter issue as some adapters you can only hear but will not work for Recording/Streaming. I bought my lightning adapter from the Apple Store. I had bought adapter from other store but didn’t work for Recording/Streaming.

Not all type c to type c works. You have to make sure cable is compatible to your phone/device.

Using a Type C dongle, the music output is not clean, It's a bit of a hassle for Android cellphone users that there's no 3.5 jack

You mean your hp pc does not detect the Maono e2 with plug in to your pc? Did you check your sound setting? Did you not see maono as option as output or input?

I’m sorry to hear that. Connecting the Maonocaster E2 to pc using the supplied cable usb C to usb A should have audio as good as the last cable I used in this video. Did you try to record from your pc?

Nakabili po ako from amazon dpo gumana. For headphone adapter lang at d gumana for recording. Kung magtatry kayo na d from Apple store- piliin nyo po ang supports calling. Dko panpo kasi alang what other brand ang gagana for Recording.

I had test and use actualy an other thing, a normal cable USB C (i put in the back of the maono) to USB, i just have a USB key to USB C adapter which makes the link between the cable and my phone (i had this key directly with my oppo phone) and it works perfectly for streaming or recording 🙂 (If it can help people like me who have the same cable and a usb key) Ingat

Sorry can’t do a test on it coz I’m not qualified yet to go live as I only have over 100 followers @jenuds1 It might take a while😇😂 I heard about some sound cards not compatible with tiktok and other issues but can’t do some testing right now.
