Top notch safety, especially not wearing a mask while painting.
Give those guys at least a minimum of safety gears. Welding and painting without proper eye/airmask is crazy. This type of work is done by robots in ours western factory's

if youre having to grind back structural welds for looks then you did it wrong, apart from that it looks pretty good, nice plates, pity he couldnt have stuffed rags in the bushes

He was removing left over slag that wasn’t chipped , all the welding you did must of made you blind
