Вообще-то это не вода, они окунают в кислоту потом водой полоскают, и последняя ванна называется гальваник, где лудят хромом и тем самым даёт блеск

Bis auf das die Kinder am ende des Videos eigentlich in die Schule gehören oder aber auf dem Spielplatz mit gleichaltrigen spielen sollten ist es ganz erstaunlich was so hergestellt wird

It Could be sodium, when it gets a liquid it is very good for heat exchange. Many cars use this method in their exhaust valves.

@@kreimosi5416 no friend it looks kind of metal oxide I don’t understand what it is. Using sodium for these kind of products is very hazardous Because if the sodium melts down it will short circuit the nichrome coil and burn out the other thing is sodium is very hard to make powder and using in the open air like this is very dangerous in the factory and other problems also

@@monkeyking9579 oh you are right😊. I forgot that sodium is very reactiv with water. I looked at Wikipedia and found an Artikel about this kind of heating Element. A Common way is to use magnesium oxide to seperate the heating wire from the inner wall of the pipe😊

*HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA* laughing from shock, amazement with the bare feet, not to be confused with mockery. much respects for hard working men teens and boys. the tube bending die is amazing, the plastic mold manual machine... i've bend tube before, in some cases i fill it with sand. were you using white sand or magnesium oxide ? at the ends is it ceramic it still the magnesium oxide since it's a specialty ceramic. i've done zinc plating and wire brush it to polish it, but the way you did it i must do some research unless you like to tell me, i've never done chrome since not allowed in california. there is a product that doesn't contain the hazardous hexavalent chromium. but since i don't want to pay for that product i'll continue to research into making my own. i've made my own copper, nickel, zinc solutions. love how you hardened the chrome afterwards over the fire i appreciate and love looking at these types of videos. *CERVEZA For You* 🍻🍺
