Very humble person

Most of the questions are theorotical. To guage how a candidate is good in QA, I would focus to ask on real time test scenarios and measure basis on how many scenarios candidate cld answer (Analytical skills) Also Basic SQL queries needs to be included as a QA one might need to validate what data goes into DB.

How estimation(story point) is done for a sprint do they log it in hours or days? Do everyone in the dev and qa have to separately give the estimation or only the leads decide the total story point? What if the developers took more time and qa has less time to test? What if the qa could not complete the testing?can time be extended? What is conditional sign off? Anyone here knows can answer these questions I was asked these questions during the interview Automation Interview 4+ never done Manual and not worked on agile.

Qa always given less time... But what qa has committed have to complete this will be case from scrum point of view, so qa have to think and give estimates

Every practise and terminologies differs from company to company. Am just telling you what was followed in mine. 1. Story Points given in hours. 8 points means one day. 2. Lead will discuss and finalise the points. Dev give development story point and QA gives testing story point. Finally the both will be added up after scrutiny. 3. Less time to test. Its quite natural. If we think it will have breaking changes, need to speak with Manager to postpone. Approach with proper data points. If Manager couldn’t postpone, we need to start testing by priority. Smoke cases first, then P0, P1, P2. If Smoke and P0 case itself got failed, then it need to be intimated to Manager at once. 4. Conditional Sign Off - Informing the management that the software is shipped with known open bugs which are of low priority or severity and the team is aware of them. Hope am correct. Please correct me if wrong.

Sir if possible kindly make a video usually about what if there is a client or Product Owner Interview with Manual Tester what all questions could be asked and his expectations.

Sir can you plz xplain again bout the 5 rules of agile methodology.
