The Mantsinen Cleaning Station is specially designed for the automatic cleaning of wood trucks from tree bark and other similar debris. It consists of two powerful fans, whose targeted sweeping blowing guarantees an optimal cleaning result, even for casing structures. The equipment is in containers that are placed on both sides of the road at the woodyard. The radar detects an approaching truck, and the equipment starts automatically, removing the debris safely and easily.
Cleaning the truck at the wood yard prevents debris from flying onto the road and thus improves traffic safety. Thanks to the automation, the driver also does not have to climb on top of the truck to clean the platform with a brush. The system also makes cleaning the area easier.
Thanks to the Mantsinen Cleaning Station, truck turnaround times are reduced when the equipment takes care of the cleaning instead of manual work. The truck is driven directly through the station when leaving
the woodyard and the equipment turns on automatically. In order to save energy, the fans only operate when necessary, but can also be switched to continuous in rush times. The wood debris can be used for burning.
