That's not Sea Water, it's a Shiiii water coming out from hotels.
I had been there. Its feriera cottage. Apni ex gf ki bestie ke sath gaya tha 5 saal pehle. Safe place hai at that time we used to pay 700-900rs from morning 10-6pm but night mein extra charge hota hai 1000rs per night. You can order food and drinks by calling at the reception. Food is tasty rooma are decent both ac and non ac option Available.
