Well, this was anything but a perfect start. You recovered nicely though.

I'm thinking the first person was put there for later development. battles in particular, I am excited to see how this game develops, right now I am thinking there is some epic potential. Imagine if the released game was simply a grand tutorial. Imagine this start with a Crusader Kings finish

It depends. For example i have seen one family working in hunting camp like this: Husband was hunting, while his son was taking skin out of deers and his wife was selling meat on market

@@ChmuryZaOknem thanks for info :) I'm always confused that people run out so fast in this game, whole families move in, and there's still noone to work. But the portraits being whole families too explaing things.

I think the expansion on the burgages is for extra family members, not for extra family. Good for larger plots to tend big gardens.

I always run out of workers i have many unoccupied work buildings due to limit of 5 families i don't know how to increase that (5) as when i build more hoses the game tells me that families increased yet the working families are still 5 and i keep rotate them between farm, logging, hunt, gather, and build.. resources are not collected efficiently

You placed that hunter's camp really far away from the resource itself. I have not played yet, but wont the travel time be really long back and forth? I would have placed it half-way between the wildlife resource and the granary, but not sure.

You are able to name your oxen by assigning them to a building and double clicking the name.

Thanks Raptor! like most others, I can not wait till I have my hands on this one. Your and other content creators' playthroughs are really helping build the hype and helping with "how to play"

I don't know why, but my unassigned workers somehow don't go construct the things I asked them to but just say "waiting".

The video is good presentation of a general overview of the game elements, but optimization it is obviously not. I'd change the title to a more honest one, and then make a perfect start video at a later point when the required knowledge and planning is in place.

Yeah. Like all Paradox games, Skylines is a scam governed by money making schemes, not love of games or design. It's working for them too, which is the sad truth about all things corporate and main stream.
