Hey please tell how to get over fear. It's a loop. You worry because you feared in past then you again fear then think of the times you have spent in discomfort because of fear. Please please tell us

Acknowledge your fear, accept it and feel it, then ask yourself what am I fearing? When the answer pops into your head, you can analyze if that fear is rational or not. Most of the time is not. Tell yourself that it is ok to fear but it won't stop you or your manifestations because at the end of the day YOU are the one in control not your feelings.
