"MANIFEST YOUR DESTINY" is a remarkable book that show us how to obtain what we truly desire. It is a stunning work that focuses on the ancient principle of manifesting through meditation. In this book Dr.Dyer teaches the process of meditation as a way to streamline our thoughts, desires, and goals, and to bring what we most desire into our lives.
We all struggle with built-in social barriers that obstruct our inner potential. When we fall into a dream state, we conceive of goals and desires that are more spectacular than those we entertain when 'awake', yet we always wake thinking, 'I can't do that.'
This conditioned response prevents us from achieving what we want, and it is this response that Dr.Dyer teaches us to overcome through the Nine Spiritual Principles of Manifesting, which clear away what constricts us and illuminate a new path to achieving our truest goals.
Wayne Walter Dyer (May 10, 1940 - August 29, 2015) was an American self-help author and a motivational speaker. His first book, Your Erroneous Zones (1976), is one of the best-selling books of all time, with an estimated 100 million copies sold to date.
Dyer was born in Detroit. He spent much of his first ten years in an orphanage on the east side of Detroit, after his father walked out on the family, leaving his mother to raise three small boys. After graduating from Denby High School, Dyer served in the United States Navy from 1958 to 1962. He received his Ed.D. degree in counseling from Wayne State University. His dissertation was titled Group Counseling Leadership Training in Counselor Education.
Dyer, a Detroit native, worked as a high school guidance counselor there and as a professor of counseling psychology at St. John's University in New York City. He pursued an academic career, published in journals, and established a private therapy practice. His lectures at St. John's University, which focused on positive thinking and motivational speaking techniques, attracted many students. Many of his books were best-sellers. Among them were Wishes Fulfilled, Excuses Begone and The Sky’s the Limit. The success of these books eventually led to national television talk show appearances including The Merv Griffin Show, The Tonight Show, and The Phil Donahue Show.
Dyer proceeded to build on his success with lecture tours, a series of audiotapes, PBS programs, and regular publication of new books. Dyer's message resonated with many in the New Thought Movement and beyond. He often recounted anecdotes from his family life and repeatedly used his own life experience as an example. His self-made man success story was a part of his appeal. Dyer criticized societal focus on guilt, which he saw as an unhealthy immobilization in the present due to actions taken in the past. He encouraged readers to see how parents, institutions, and even they, themselves, had imposed guilt trips upon themselves.
Dyer was married three times. With his first wife, Judy, he had a daughter. With his second wife, Susan Casselman, he had no children. With his third wife, Marcelene, he had five children, and two stepchildren from Marcelene's prior marriage. Wayne and Marcelene legally separated in 2001, after 20 years of marriage.
Dyer died from a heart attack, said his publicist, Lindsay McGinty on Maui, Hawaii on August 29, 2015, at age 75.

A truly wise soul that lived a purpose driven life. He spoke so eloquently because he spoke from his heart and he spoke only of his truths that he experienced on his spiritual journey through his life. He never used a script or notes, every word he spoke was from his heart to the hearts of his listeners and always for the greater goodness of all. I love this man, he speaks softly to my soul, its very calming. He makes me feel everything will be alright.

I love you dr. Wayne dyer. Thank you for sharing your wisdom, I’m blessed to have found him, because when times get hard I do need to remember,I have the ability to change, to start looking at the positives, and to create any experience I want. Even tho it’s hard sometimes. If you’re out there and you’re like me, finding it hard to have faith at times, just try to relax. Listen to this mans wise words. He is really speaking the truth. YoU CAN do it. How would you feel if you gave up? Don’t ever give up. Just learn from your mistakes and move forward with confidence. We are here to live the life we want, not to suffer. It’ll be okay! I hope whoever reads this has a beautiful day and that you reach your ultimate goals in life.

Listen to this again, but start taking notes and follow his instructions. That is what I intend on doing. Break it up into bite size because trying to make a drastic Chris overwhelming. Take it day by day write down 5 goals for that day to achieve. Such as kind words, not cursing, smile more often or compliment someone. I will be walking this journey as well. God be with you.
