@@hafsaaftab3959 Yeah cause remember when Zeke sensed Mick being jealous of the majors daughter dating jared? Remember when Zeke said “we should talk” in that last episode? The answer seems very clear to me.

I think Cal disappeared when he touched the tailfin because he merged the parallel universe that was formed with the 'real one' (in which they died), and so he basically committed suicide. Alternatively, when Ben tried touching the tailfin, it threw him backwards. Meaning, you cannot *merge* the two timelines back unless its in a form of self-sacrifice for the greater good. And that's how you beat the death date -- by annihilating the alternative universe that was created. Both Zeke and Cal had a glowing light moment when they sacrificed themselves. My bet is that Cal won't have any more callings in the 4th season. He'll become an empath or something similar, like Zeke. And Zeke probably came back older too, but its not as obvious.

I just finished season 3 yesterday and by far this is the most plausible explanation. Also what is your taken on Angelina and her connection with Eden? Is it possible that their connected because Grace had to die? Idk 🤷🏼‍♀️

The whole series is based off Schrodinger’s Cat. The idea that they are both alive and dead at the same time.

Just to throw this in, remember when Vance told Saanvi and Ben if something happens to the major the gov would just replace her with another? I believe the “major’s daughter” is a plant. Why would a major keep voice recordings of sessions with Sannvi in a box for her daughter. That daughter is not what she appears to be. Jarad is getting sucked in!!

The dark lightning is definitely a big part because the pilot and the Swedish scientist disappeared in a storm that was similar to the original 828 storm. Why he reappeared at the end of season 3, I have no idea.

What if for the duration of turbulence they were in a time dilation. Where time inside turbulence area ran slower, while outside world had already spent 5 1/2 years for the matter.

This has to be one of the most interesting TV series of all time! I feel like it's a strong reference to the flight MH370, and the Bermuda triangle (since the flight was from Jamaica). There is one thing that was in my mind. Captain Daly, I feel like his name is a reference to famous Spanish painter, Salvador Dali, who had a famous painting of clocks. Another thing, it never mentioned in the "callings" what happened to Daly and Fiona after their vanish into the dark lightening. Will they appear in Season 4? I hope they do, it would make sense! I actually pity Captain Daly the most because he never had a chance to prove his innocence. He got blamed for something he had no control over.

And they have not found the remains of the 2nd plane. Suddenly I remembered Al-Zura saw the silver dragon flight 828. And Cal saw the ship of Al-Zura as well, he wanted to recreate it and was mad he could not at first. That got me thinking.

i feel like its the most plausible theory.. like i see the glowing light as a rift between universes. so when cal sees the glow, he is literally seeing another universe. so he chooses to go to another universe where the plane crashed 5 yrs ago and he's the most powerful or connected bc he caused the timeline change, and i think the callings are given by older cal making sure he doesnt destroy the timeline bc 2 timelines cant be in the same universe. thats why ben flew when he touched the tailfin. bc they were both drom different realities. i could fo on !

i think when cal dissapears, he goes back to timeline A where the plane survives and he survives the flight. but he still remembers himself in timeline B. so he uses the rift (bc he's connected alrdy) to communicate w young cal in Timeline B. making sure all the stuff thats supposed to happen, happens. he also has to make sure the burnt plane (initially frm timeline A) gets back to its original timeline. so cal makes it dissapear in the final ep in s3.

@ashley This is great and would explain Capt. Daily reappearing at the end. He left in casual clothes and came back not in a jet, but a burned plane with his pilot uniform on, same neck tie and everything. That lady wasn’t with him either.

mh370 it was the captain, there was a guy behind him in the cockpit i seen it through his eyes he turned it off, a switch, he then asked the co piolet to get him a drink. he locked him out . he did it because he had so much hatred towards one woman in his mind it was to get back at her and others.

I have a theory about the Storm that both the plane and the ship traveled through. I believe it was the Storm that brought Noah's Flood. It would tie into the religious aspect of the show and would explain why Noah's Ark also has traces of Sapphires in it. It would also explain why the piece of Noah's Ark was even brought into the show in the first place.

I'm not even gonna watch it. Reminds me of lost and the 100. The 100- They start of fighting on the ground only to end up on a planet with two sun's. lost- plane crashes tryna get of the island only only find out its a dream or a ticket to the afterlife.

828 passengers were missing for 291 weeks. Ben, Cal, and Michaela were supposed to be on flight number 537. Simple math ... 828 minus 537 equals 291. I am suprised numbers guy Ben Stone hasn't told us about that yet.

After all of Ben's research, he hasn't mentioned there is more to Romans 8:28 than "all good things." The full verse says, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." If they were resurrected, then maybe they are being tested if they love God and are working toward his purpose (the callings).

I think the phrase `its all connected` means that the different events which caused time travel are connected, eg. We already know that the flight and ship are connected cause they appeared together allong with possibly the meth heads in the water next to the ship and griffins van somewhere there aswell and maybe even zeke being in an under water cavern. To go even more in depth we know noahs ark time travelled cause of the sapphire, so what if all these forces got taken to an alternate universe ontop of zekes cave when it then flooded cause of noahs ark which led to flight 828 flying over them both while the meth heads, griffin and alzuras floated on the flood with noahs ark somewhere there aswell. If my theory is some what correct then i think that it would flood ontop of zekes cave cause thats the only stationary location of time travel

The ppl in the new generation recognize them bcs theyre good people and had something like memorial statue. So theyre remembered throughout the years. @@jamesdewayne its called the story of ashabul kahfi. Kahfi is the cave. General story, a group of man run into a cave with a dog. They hid inside and fell asleep. When they woke up, the dog has turn into bones. So they asked themselves how long have they been asleep. They cant come to an answer. So they bring a coin and vote for one of them to go buy something at a market, and spy carefully abt any news, while being careful not to get caught by the tyrant. When the man go down to the town, turns out its been years and now its peaceful. One of the ppl there recognize the old coin & the man's face (maybe theres a statue or something) Abt the dog, actually im not sure if its the same story. It could be their horseride's bones. Some story said when they debated, suddenly the bones come together and the animal come alive again. A lot of version abt this story from even before islam. The quran doesnt elaborate too much. I learn it in parts, so not sure if the dog is related or different story. there are scholar of hadith and/or scholar of sirah (islamic history) seek more and debate abt it. The strongest message is to be steadfast in faith even when threatened by a tyrant ruler.

i think there's more to cal and olive being the only known twins to have had one who was returned while the other lived on, and how the mystery of how they returned is figured out

The “aftershock” theory the doc mentioned is valid. When objects break the sound barrier. The plane accidentally broke the time barrier=time boom these callings and people who haven’t been on the plane that have that could be the effects of the time boom.

I'm seeing all three season manifest of it but when I first sent it on NBC and then I started thinking it's like a close remake of another TV show that came out years ago was called The 4400 but when the fourth season come out of manifest I hope it ends with a good happy ending and not finishing off as a sad ending

I can't help but see similarities between Manifest and Donnie Darko: the Living Receiver (Cal), the Manipulated Living (Jared, Vance), the Manipulated Dead (the 828ers, Zeke), the End of the World countdown (the Death Date), the Artifacts (the aeroplane, the tail fin, Noah's Arc's piece) that have to be returned, the black hole Vortex (the Dark Lightning), the 28 days to the end of the world (flight no. 8-28).

The fact that Noah's flood, Azuras' boat, 828, Zeke's Cave, Meth heads' lake, all incidents have the same, SAME storm effecting them. If it is the same storm, that either means each time they all went to a certain place in time where the storm took place, died, and then got resurrected. Or, the storm happens somewhere where time is neutral? Explaims why incidents taken place 6000, 600, 5 years, 2 years and 2 months ago take place at the same time. I'm talking nonsense rn lol

In the thought experiment, a hypothetical cat may be considered simultaneously both alive and dead as a result of its fate being linked to a random subatomic event that may or may not occur. After watching your video.. it seems as if the show has embodied this phenomenon.. which will push more science… being both dead and alive and the audience watching is the observer..

Nothing make sense about this show no matter how you try to explain it. Making a story about time travel is crazy enough, but when you add all these plots about Noah's Ark, Al zura, hearing voices, characters and objects vanish and reappear, people died and ressuracted, and so on, it's just insane.

Amazing, they found the tailfin and the piece of wood in Noah’s Arc at the same time.

I wonder if the death day amount is the difference between the timelines in each parallel universe. The two universes somehow got out of sync and nature is correcting itself. Part of the correction involves getting what belongs in each universe back to the reality in which it belongs. The rift remains open until everything is back in its proper place. Noah’s ark , or what’s left of it in this universe is being drawn back through to its proper universe and that’s why it unburied itself and earthquakes happen. There is no tectonic shift, the force acting upon each object is the correcting action of the universe. I like the view expressed by one of the other comments suggesting that the callings are bleed through thoughts from the other universe. Perhaps the rip in space time is so bad that god also must get involved if it were just science, then morality would not be part of the equation. There has to be a higher being involved. Dr Gupta went from stone cold bitch to compassionate human because of her grandmother and the area of the sky she looked at with her telescope. That was not coincidence.

I just finished the final season of the show. This show actually reminds me of a non-fiction book I found awhile ago called The Divine Matrix: Bridging Time, Space, Miracles, and Belief by Gregg Braden.

Seems like a good theory although Im on S01E03.. Messages must come from the future 5 years ahead, and why they need to take the actions from a future aspect or else the future person will also die. Kind of like predestiation Butterfly effects.. If the future person dies the person 5 years backwards have to immediately die but through cosmic intervention, like maybe the shadow person? Even though 1 good deed doesn't dorectly save the persons life 5years back or the future, It nudges the timeline or predestination so that the future person survives.

Notice how the plane was flying from Jamaica to NY now isn't that right through the Bermuda 🔺 Triangle. Seems like that would give endless episode possibilities as well as speculation about theories.

having only seen 5 episodes i came up with a theory that the lightning energized the plane in a way that shielded it from time causing it to travel through time without the passangers or plane itself experiencing time, however doing so ment leaving the time of the thunderstorm and therefor removing the energy source leaving them in a state of energy loss due to time travel un till the amount of energy left was insufficiant to keep them moving through time causing them to return to normal flow of time. as to the callings i thought the energy cld have attuned the passangers into recievers to the ripples (as events in time cause ripples like a pebble dropped in a bowl of water) however their minds were not capable of understanding the new information like a new sense and therefor it was somewhat translated by their minds into other senses like sound, sight, whatnot giving them partial information of the future events.... just to say iv only seen a few episodes and i assumed it was a science base show not a religion show

Wow I'm late to the party. Just started watching this show last week and finished it today. My thought. It's hard to make it purely scientific but here's my guess. I thought the Callings could be their own thoughts but in a different time or space sent to them through some rip in spacetime. Seeing the parallel universe theory in the video, I think there could be another version of the passengers in the future who know how events in this timeline should go and the passengers in this timeline have to match it or it will cause timeline inconsistency and they die. The future passengers send messages to themselves in this time which appear as the callings to try to nudge them to the right path. If any one of them fail, they'll all die because they are all part of the same timeline. What the theory can't explain, though, how they seem to be judged based on a moral standard. It strongly suggests there's some intelligence behind it and not a natural phenomenon. All the Callings even to the bad guy from the river seem to tell them to do good things. That guy didn't do it and he died. Also if the theory is true, I don't expect the failed ones to die where they are like that. I expect them to get teleported and reappear at the place they disappeared and die there because the timeline collapse to the original and the event just take its course.

@@rustygear447 Seems like a good theory although Im on S01E03.. Messages must come from the future 5 years ahead, and why they need to take the actions from a future aspect or else the future person will also die. Kind of like predestiation Butterfly effects.. If the future person dies the person 5 years backwards have to immediately die but through cosmic intervention, like maybe the shadow person? Even though 1 good deed doesn't save the persons life 5years back or present, It nudges the timeline or predestination so that the future person survives.

it was confirmed they are memories! so the timeline theory makes sense. I think that because we know time travel and devine being exist that the people on the plane 828 were chosen prophets to stop the second coming of christ. There is only one universe but while in the light they were given a speed lesson on what needed to happen to prevent the lifeboat "the world" from sinking. notice how theres different races, ages, and people from different moral compases being forced to work together. (They either put aside their differences or watch the world parish). Same idea as children being born again they remember their old lives until they are old enough to speak or make sense of it then its gone. I think that Angelina isn't as crazy as we think , and the child is literally a guardian ( and Angelinas name has Angel in it). She is a miracle and probably has sapphire in her DNA. anything she draws can become a calling because she is sent by God. Its all connected. The repeated save her and save him is referring to Cal(The dragon which is a devine warrior) and Eden( the garden). Both needed to exist to right the wrongs. The ending i think is going to be rushed, but i think that when they fix everything its going to go back to the day they were getting on the plane except this time the plane will land. So they would have never met some of the people they met etc, they would have never met each other. Sannvi will end up with Bal, but Eden will still be born because she is literal paradise. But of course they are going to experience strange Deja vu when they come across another passenger. Mick marries Jared etc maybe they have the baby and name her Eden instead. (They touched on how both Jared and Mick don't want kids.

i think the reason the plot of Manifest exists is because all characters that were brought back so to speak have been displaced in time multiple time at the same time. take the plane for example, that shit did explode at the same time somewhere in the 1500's due to the evidence explained in this video, but the remains and the plane itself were displaced to the more appropriate time give or take a few years. at the same time as the crash happened, the plane and it's passengers were.... i wouldn't say saved, i guess it's more like a ctrl+c, ctrl+v and kept in stasis for 5 and a half years. because that happened they were given callings to not only make up for lost time, but to make sure that time would never be lost again

I think that azurast and his boat are stuck with the plane in the storm of the dragon, and same time line. There is so much theories u can't focus on one.

Okay so if parallel universe and wormhole and time travel is involved.. let’s suppose that there were 2 realities one on which they all died and world moved on and one in which they survived and no delay nothing everyone and everything was normal but then how did the passengers came back from the first aspect to the second cuz I think this means 2 realities perhaps universes colliding mixing and God is trying to prevent it somehow as if He was playing a game to see which one will survive cuz either way it won’t effect the multiverse But Cals return and Captains means their actions caused a major chaos of intertwining Bens hand glowing also points to something divine Also the hints of different religions and ideologies and mythologies means mixing of science and divine Could be return of Jesus or the False Messiah or the Beast

One thing maybe it was a typo but zekes sister didn't die in a car crash she died after she fell into that ravine Micks friend is the one who died in the car crash and her heart ended up saving that one kid

My theory is that they ripped of “LOST” and “FRINGE”, both JJ Abrams shows, and made it into a lesser version. Wildly unoriginal and probably with the same letdown of an ending reveal.

Hey Dude, I'm sure you've probably realized why they disappeared for five years... The number 5 symbolizes Favor or basically God's Grace. Which is basically what you've referenced with the light or glow.

The number 5 also represents change. The freedom to choose the path you walk..etc, etc. Thinking of what can be five years for us can be a second for God. So aside from saying parallel universe I'd say alternate universe because it's as if reality is currently being written or played out based on each individual's decision.

This might be reaching, maybe I'm paranoid...buuuuuuuut I strongly feel that Flight MH370 which literally disappeared back in 2014, will reappear. Not necessarily like the fictionalized landing as that of Flight 828 in Manifest, but just reappear somewhere on land, waaaaaaay far from it's original presumed crash point in the Southern Indian Ocean. Based from what I have heard so far in search investigations, they haven't found much from that Flight and probably the only think they found was one of the planes Flaps, which (IMO) doesn't mean anything without finding a more substantial part of the aircraft, such as the Fuselage or even one of the engines etc.. Everything Is Connected! It's just interesting to me that this show is being made and aired, while in reality, there is a whole actual airplane missing! Just 8 years ago!! lolz...vanished from existence with little to no conclusions about it's exact location.

Well actually, i don’t think we’ll ever know what happened to flight MH370. The most credible theory for me is the one that says that the plane got shot by the army (either Usa/China) by accident or because something/someone on the plane wasn’t supposed to arrive in China….

I’m still confused on how Michaela went from being in a park with Jared on one knee, to being on a plane. They’ve not given us enough info on that bit. You don’t just say “I don’t know”, and jump on a plane. I think the ending will be her waking up from passing out, to Jared and the family gathered around, she says yes and they get married. It was all a dream. They wouldn’t need Grace or little Cal, as they’d have already filmed it when they filmed the initial proposal. They all live happily ever after. Imagine.😏

According to the Islamic religion, the peacock was expelled from Paradise. There is a whole story about this event, but I don't see any connection to what we see in the movie. I don't think in the upcoming events of the serie we will see anything related to this, but there may be an idea.

So after 3 seasons it is not known exactly what has happened to the flight?
