Well sir,i thought of correcting something in this context..as many people with anxiety would actually have even more problematic thoughts if one says "thoughts leads into action" but its not true..so in actual reality thought is not actually a reality and all that vibrates dosnt bestow upon unless once karma simply isnt accomplished..one has to understand there is always a greater higher plays of energies and devine! Always being superior..one such is karma..if u dont have a karmic influence to attain or happen it wont simply happen! At all...so dont stress about having unwanted uncontrolled thoughts of anysort..manifestations wont alone work with mental states but rather must provide them acceptance in with action &intention! Vibrations made by intention and action gradually manifests! Even then..karma plays its part..by action of intention one does karma! Depending in ur karmic reaction ur manifestation may or may not happen! (That is simply why higher upasakas or sadhakas practice sadhana daily with mantras &postures) or else they could have simply manifested everything out with theyre mere thought! It isnt the case..unless ur a very very higher level sadhak with great devine blessings..action+intention creates karma..karma + vibration creates manifestations!
