The 'beginning' of God. 'Beginning', 'Origin' or 'Source' are coming meaningful under the concept of time. God is Alpha and Omega, Beginning and end itself, i. e., Past, Present and future are concise when it comes to God's dimension, the highest spiritual dimension. It's beyond the logic of our brain. God created time and he dwells outside of the dimension of time and space. All these are our physical body's perception based mental constructs and that reality is constructed out of our spectrum based limited physical sensory organs and brain. So in nutshell, reality is an illusion and when we come out of that illusion, it is possible to experience God within and then there is no logical question. Logic is also a limited framework of our brain. Creator is what beyond the logic. I appreciate your brilliant question.
