Ok. I can confirm it. It worked to a certain degree. She came finding for me and called me. I think the mindset here is when you read the letter, feel it to be true. For passing an exam what worked for me is writing "I will not pass the _____ exam" in a notebook three times multiple times a day. Also putting in the work to prepare for said exam.

Not super close with my SP, but made the letter last night and today not much more than his usual joking around teasing me happened, but we did actually talk more on a philosophical level and ngl I feel like we have similar mindsets? Small update: Had a really cute moment the other day where he got all flustered over being asked by someone else if he would tear the entire place down if someone ever made me cry - not much else has happened since, other than him joking around with me - I feel like its his goal to get me to laugh or smile at least once when we see each other :)

Let me tell you it didn’t happen overnight, it took 1 to 2 days, and he reached out to me and we are getting closer and having more communication, is important to say that I was in a no contact situation so I did see the change! First step is to realize when in a “toxic” relationship it is on both partners. You have to perform Radical Action and dive deep into your own self and find the things “you” are doing wrong as an adult and link it back to childhood traumas. This takes being fully thruthful with yourself ie; talk in the mirror with self. Write it down and work backward to traumas that may cause your life choices now. It us always both partners who make a trauma bond and if you truly love each other for long run then you both have to come to terms with this and work it through. Or else you will repeat again with the next guy/girl in a relationship set for failure.
