This might be one of my favorite choreos I've ever created! Maniac from Flash Dance is a CLASSIC! I borrowed a few aerobics sequences from the Crystal Light Aerobics Championships...and they were truly challenging! I feel so lucky to be dancing at 51, and I have many contemporaries dancing with me within this group of 32 people. Please drop in to any DancePowered class if you're ever in Seattle!
