This is what family does for family. My father came over from Scotland on a boat with nothing. He helped me and I am now helping my kids. I was also help their kids. We are building legacy wealth. That is what Sig is doing. You always need to be building and strengthening your family.

well just because the deck space is not really useable doesn't mean the space is wasted since you need room for the bunks/living space, engine room, etc and since the deck aft of the wheelhouse is the work area that's also probably where the holding tanks are, leaving little room for that other stuff

It does when it’s the transportation cost and all the hassle of reflagging the vessel for the purpose of working in. Norway. Surveys shipyards and inspections are time consuming and expensive in United States. If they buy a locally owned boat they usually get a waiver to work until the paperwork is done.

Absolutely, I just encourage people every time they watch any scene at the show to think about The logistics of filmimg it and getting every person involved to sign waivers and everything. Agree 100%. Sig promoted his stepdaughter Mandy over his own brother Edgar, who put in decades on deck and should have been next in line for Captain. Even Sig never put as much time on Deck as his brothers have. I guess blood is NOT thicker than water.
