Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus is home to the world renowned Novikov restaurant with its Mediterranean-Asian fusion cuisine and Olea & the Bar serving traditional Italian cuisine. At any of these restaurants, you can choose to dine under the stars overlooking two of Istanbul's most emblematic bridges: the Bosphorus and Fatih Sultan Mehmet.
