Most Definitely. Have noticed that aswell. Rangnick has actual insight and is interesting to listen to. I'm not saying he will just flick a switch and United will be incredible. But, One of the many failings of Solksjær's tenure was his press conferences. His answers were consistently strange, ramblings about nothing really. Just dull cliche football sayings. I stopped listening to his conferences a long time ago, he had nothing to say. No insight or indication that he was tactically astute. It was a truly, truly underwhelming managerial period. I'm delighted it's over.

FINALLY a MANAGER that prioritises victory in the dressing room as well as on the pitch, we never heard this out of Ole and he will learn for that. But its soooooo fkn refreshing listening to this man talk about what is required to win on the pitch…. To win in every training session, to win with what staff you have around you, so that every injury or concern in fitness is talked about in detail, clear messaging on what he seeks from the players individually.. I am eager to watch united now even with the game against palace there were a clear 30 mins at least where Ralfs style of play was visible, can only get excited about what kind of growth this man can put into these players. This is just the difference between a man with genuine confidence in what he does and a manager like Ole . Ralf will tell you that defending is the priority because of a lack of clean sheets in 6 months, and that's where the issue is. Ole will tell you that Man United DNA means we play attacking football while having no idea how to tactically prepare players and less of a clue what's happening on the pitch. You ask Ralf, he'll give you a straightforward answer. You ask Ole and you'll get "well I'm not going to tell you that right here," regardless of the question. Confidence versus no confidence.

This guy is so underrated and that is very good for us UTD fans. I live in Germany and have been a UTD fan since 1999, I have always followed Rangnick's career and I tell you one thing we will win title after title with this coach because he is a genius of football. His knowledge of certain processes makes him unique. We'll finally get some UTD stuff like we had under Fergie. Tomorrow, our B team will beat up on the young boys. Don't forget that Rangnick led FC Schalke to the semi-finals against us and freed them from the crisis. That's exactly what UTD is also in a crisis and would lead us out of it. Trust him, he loves the atmosphere and the football culture of the club. Enjoy the game tomorrow :-) Greetings go out to all devils. GGMU

I feel like I’m sitting classroom in college listening to my favorite professor. Players now understand there’s actual leadership coupled with knowledge, charisma, expectation and standard in place. There’ll be no hiding. Players who can’t meet this standard will be left out and potentially of the club. It finally feels good to be United fan again.

I would absolutely love it if a player answered that first question with something like "It is only the fans of this club that I want to impress and that is the same for every single game, yes I would like to impress the manager, the board and all the pundits but ultimately it is the fans that make a club a special thing, it is the fans that bring the passion through thick & thin and the fans that make this beautiful game the best game in the world so every time I pull on a shirt with this historic badge foremost in my mind is the army of passionate fans who love this club as much as I do" Probably never happen but I can do what all fans of every club do best....... " love it if a player answered the first question with something like"... Proceeds to write a 500 word essay in quotations on what he wants a player to say. We want our manager to say things like that, not players. If you want to see nonsensical rubbish players say they're playing for the badge etc etc.. go look on their twitter/Instagram posts from a few weeks ago. They still didn't change anything on the pitch even though they said (in fewer words) yes, than what you wrote above. Players talking should be done ON THE PITCH! Not on social media and press conferences. If they really want to playfor the fans, the badge, the history... us fans will see that on the pitch and recognise they are playing for us.
