Would our U18s beat our U21s?

Spurs midfield and defence still don’t learn, lazy midfield not covering back, defenders dithering on the ball. Thank goodness for the forwards, who perhaps should use team mates in better positions at times.

Saw that udogie is out for the season so checked in to see if the u21's left back could maybe step up in his absense. After that performance though.... Yeah nah. Sad to see, because some of these boys clearly have talent and deserve their chance. Just not the left back yet.

On rewatch, he did set up one good chance (about 4:45) so he's probably good enough in attack. But some of those defensive errors were worrying.

number 8 for spurs doesn't check his shoulders ever, he sometimes needs to hold the ball and win a foul if you're getting pressed that bad

Some poor distribution from the back allowing easy chances , lots to work on?

What if, next season ALL of United's U-18s get promoted play U-21s and all the U-21s get pushed up to U-23s or go on loan? This would be the right stretch needed for the next generation of youths.

They said the average age of this u21 team was 18 so i think thats already what theyre doing. The team name got cut off, but there's every chance they were talking about man u or that both teams are like that.
