As a business owner going through this crisis and a leadership crisis within it, I’d like to let you know how validating and comforting it is. I feel much more confident after hearing it. You’ve named so much of what I’ve felt but could not quite articulate. Essentially, you are describing humility as an essential quality in leadership right now. No, we don’t have all the answers, but our task is to orchestrate our teams to become entities who learn, and who are kind to ourselves as we do. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise.

Thank you so much Professor Leonard. In terms on deciding yet unforseen problems, how should we started to mapping those problems? Even some solutions already exists, some could cause a new problem. Especially to a society where the solution not fit and lack of ready supporting system? Should we first validate whether it just rumors or quickly jumped into a plan to handle that? Thank you

lesson learned I got from this 'class', a leader will be a leader. we may as blind as others, but we must remain to have the capability of problem-solving by experimental approached. I am working in a new theme park, we will officially be operating a year ( by June 2020 ). the outbreak becomes a situation for us. but thank you for the insight. Appreciate and Regards.
