    1. No ! | First try to console the family , this is a great loss | Try to compensate the family | Announcement of emergency situation and involve disaster management team | The fatal incident should be reported to the police and rescue department for help | Immediate audit and check the failure of what went wrong in the pre health check safety measures of the mine | Let the work be on hold until the the audit and disaster management comes up with a Root cause analysys and remedies to it | Report the great loss to the board of directors and ask for their suggestion so that the calamity does not take place again | Again beg for apology to the family arrange for work for the family members if there are people who want to work in the company|

How would you change culture? Crickets. Not presenting the change strategy creates too many questions. People "fill in" those means as worst-case. That's why there's been push-back, as past (current) solutions include certain groups as "the problem" -- an unbalanced approach.

I was fortunate to meet Professor Austin at a conference in Caracas, Venezuela in 2000. I was impressed that he is very friendly and has a unique quality in making his knowledge and experience accessible. I remember that 24 years ago he told me something that is common today, but 24 years ago it was not easy to understand, that the Internet was going to revolutionize commerce and globalization, it will reduce costs and accelerate the connection between organizations and people like It has never been seen before, to the point that geography will be irrelevant, that impressed me and he was right.

Shutting down doesn't depends on the company at first, it depends on the investigation that the authorities conduct. The authorities are the ones that usually order the closing of the operation for further investigation on what have happened. That closing could be temporary or permanent, so in my very humble opinion, once the company is involved in this kind of accidents because it happens, the company would be immersed in a sort of Audit from the authorities, after that, when the authorities determined who is responsible, the same authorities would give greenlifgt or redlight to the opening and then in case the company receives the greenlight, the destiny of the mine, returns to the company, that's when the company could decide to keep it open or to shut it down.

The following is my take on the research (Economic Integration and the Transmission of Democracy) By Marco. The uncertain conclusions on particular aspects is the biggest evidence of the lack of sincerity in democratic ideologies and the double standards it may contain which has been pointed out by Marco in reference to "biases" which i truly respect "positive when partners are democratic and muted when partners are autocratic" which eventually "leads to improvements in countries!!" Therefore i would like to begin by asking a question which is (What is the true definition of democracy??) The way i see it , democracy itself is a form of dictatorship as it has been described by antient Greek philosopher Socrates. We see the devastating tangible outcome of it in our present days, it's either you agree with everything i think , say or do Or you'll be considered and enemy and a threat to "Democracy" which is redundant in comparison with democratic "values" that are being embraced and promoted. The other thing i would like to highlight is the fallacy that has been imposed on societies by Academic measures. Which is the same reason why academic scholars won't be able to make any positive change in the world because they don't get straight to the point and they present everything as the one and only fact in their researches and case studies, simply because they believe that others will buy it just because it's Academic. That also reflects on the failure and the downfall of traditional education systems. Life can be much more simpler than that. Trade is for everybody regardless of their ideological background , it's just supply and demand. As for migration , i'd say it's up to the individuals who wants to migrate for their own personal reasons , do i like seeing people from different parts of the world getting together , building trust and having better understanding of one and other? Of course i do, but i don't see democracy as it's being exported to the world today the way to make it happen. The equation to that is even simpler , respect is the source of love because we cannot love whom we do not respect in the first place. That's human nature. By that i'm not saying that autocratic countries doesn't have their own redundant issues as well , yet again , democracy is not the way to solve it. What countries need whether they're democratic or not is more wisdom and a better understanding of this present era. The future generations will show no mercy to (whomever) once boundaries has been crossed , that i can assure you.

I never went to Harvard MBA, but I will write here as if I were a student: To manage 25b usd sale and 162k employees is a serious role in economy. This company is beneficial for employees - because they have job and they got salary - and for economy; 25 billion is not even all mining sales of other countries so i wouldn't shut down the company. 1:00 Agree, i would temporarily close the mine for a time to investigate the cause of the past problem and detect future problems, without causing financial difficulties. 1:31 yes people are dying but in mining industry, but to remind you, we are a mining company. We must working on reduce to zero that issues. We can even aim to be the company that brings this to the lowest level and become the leader of the sector in this position. That will start competition among compines and at the same time, we can save the lives of not only our own company but also the employees of other companies by leading a competition that will reduce the death rates of each company. 2:39 A world without mining industry would be a disaster for the 21st century: economically, resourcefully and in terms of unemployment. Rather than leading the closure revolution, a trend that will protect not only our lives but also the lives of miners working in other companies by starting a competition that will reduce deaths may enter a cultural dimension and lead to other sectors. 6:20 We cannot know this, there is a trend in today's companies regarding gender equality etc. It is an unacceptable fact in the 21st century that he ignores an issue that would harm the company's honor, especially gender discrimination, and a manager who had an MBA at Harvard should have already taken this into consideration.
