There’s a good reason why the words, ‘scam & scum’, sound similar! The unethical manager - suffering also from ‘foot ‘n mouth’ disease - dug his own hole…and leapt into it! It’s always a case of bad management versus good management. The canny diner owner, by intervening, recognised the hardworking loyalty-honesty of the waitress, and rewarded her with a rightful promotion. Another meaningful episode! Thank you, DramatizeMe! Just loved this video - One could hardly predict that the manager could go this far out of greed. The work-style of unethical managers like him needs to be scrutinized thoroughly by the owners 🎈

The acting at the beginning of the episode was exceptional. The person that played the manager, played his role so well, that I wished the manager lived in Chicago, because he would be in a hospital. This was so wrong what he was doing. The new owner and the waitress roles were also well done. The ending was a bit rushed and the performances seemed wooden, which would indicate that the actors were confused by the script. In that case, the director should have explained his vision of how the scene would go. But what made up for all of that is the sound track, the music heightened the drama of each scene and I loved the music in the final scene. That music stimulated wonderful feelings and memories of a great movie theme. I cannot place it right now, but your composer captured the emotional essence. DramatizeMe has some of the best sound tracks on its channel and if you sold them I certainly pay money for certain sound tracks, especially if they expand the music select to full songs instead of the snippets used as episode sound tracks. So, thank you for getting my ire up and thank you DramatizeMe for the triumphant ending with the wonderful soundtrack.

One observation-would a male supervisor or owner tell a male waiter to smile? This feedback is usually given to women, and while it’s good feedback and great to implement there’s something sexist about how it’s usually women who receive this feedback.

The customer sure was a great man. "Keep smiling"😄 and "scrooge"😄. Helped her out too. I did some research. If a manager takes your tips You can file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Labor, Wages and Hour Division, which enforces the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Besides a lawsuit of course. And wow i learned a math lesson. 10 percent meaning you count from 900 to 100 which allows her a 100 dollar tip. But no that's not how it works as i just explained. Nice seeing a familiar face. Like that cop that didn't say anything. I wasn't sure at first of that guy on account of his character

Unfortunately, this is a common behaviour of many people taking the tips of the staff. This guy didn't see it coming; after all, no one expects his boss to play him like that!

That manager would take advantage of Bri and stealing her tips. Servers deserve tips depending on good service and not stealing tips and you would get fired and you have to pay back all the tips you stole.
