@@coyivey2496 We've all been there, as for me, I still am. Life is meaningless considering the fact that when we all die, if we ain't pointing people to God or Jesus, then it's all erased! A lot of people would disagree with me but, money, fame, it will make your life good, but what about when we die? It's all erased. That's why God want's us back in heaven, to remake the mistake that Adam and Eve made in the beginning. So to be honest, I see life as we ain't even supposed to be here but God say's no killing yourself cause that's selfish to the one's who love you then you go to Hell instantly...

This song saved my life. I struggle with depression, anxiety, and am constantly under spiritual oppression. I was walking to a youth group last Wednesday and I was telling God I wanted to die, that I didn’t have the strength or purpose to keep going anymore. It was raining and lightning arced over my head and made me jump out of fear of harm. It was then that a calm voice said inside me, “No, you don’t want to die, you’re just too scared to live”. I walked into the church with these words on my mind and this song came on my Spotify. And the Spirit of the Living God had to have covered me because there was this joy and peace and a comforting voice full of so much love for me that told spoke the lyrics to me. God is with me, with you, no matter the circumstance. He isn’t some distant god waiting to hit you over the head when you do wrong, He loves you and wants to forgive you and pull you close again as if you never sinned. He is faithful, and He wants you and I more than we could ever comprehend. He sent His son to die for you, something that broke His heart, because He wanted us to be able to be with Him, to be reconciled again. So if you’re reading this and in pain please take comfort in knowing that even if we can’t feel God He is always there, pursuing our hearts and asking us to be with Him. You’re never alone.

I met manafest at soul fest in 2016. My brother who passed away September 11 2018 was the one who got me into his music. When he was in the hospital on his death bed my mom showed him the pic of me and Chris and my brother was so happy. He really wishes he could’ve met him. There’s a really long story about how God gave me enough strength to forgive my brother about something he did. Joseph (my brother) almost died in 2017 because his heart was failing from all the drugs he had done, I saw him the first time in 7-8 years. I gave him my manafest no plan B bracelet and he cried. Fast forward to 2018. We found out 2 weeks before he passed that he had stage 4 lymphomic cancer. We knew this was it.. I wrote him another letter saying that he needed to get right with God or he would be in a very bad place for eternity. He excepted Jesus back into his life and I just kept crying and telling God thank you. This song makes me think of him and reminds me that i need to keep my faith in Jesus. So thank you manafest

This song is so inspiring. I saw Manafest live just because of how this song moved me :) It was one of the best concerts ever! I even met him & and the bass player.

I'm atheist Manafest's music has, nonetheless, been a source of stability through some of my roughest nights. Without two CDs handed to me in 7th grade, Manafest's The Chase and KJ52's Dangerous, my story would've ended at age 13. So, to those people like Manafest who have the ability to channel the purest human emotions into a form universally palatable to the human ear, thank you.

Trevor's vocals on here are just so perfect that I cry when I hear it.

This song use to make me cry so much...I have to say that he finally let me hear the song my mom sang in church. I love you what a blessing it was. Jesus is always there. He saved me and by his grace I'm still alive.

When I saw this guy at my church two years ago I just fell in love with his music. I love how he sings with my favorite artists like Trevor McNevan.

A encourage song that sing out most of the people problem in life and offer a solution have far less view than a song sings about drug, sex, violence, cheating, or killing. And those songs got billion of view. Question of my life.

Keep on fighting! I have tasted rock bottom and for me it tasted of cold steel and gun oil. To this day those thoughts still haunt me and some days are worse then others and truthfully my life isn't much different now then it was then. But each and every single one of us have a purpose in this life, a reason for being. Nobody is a mistake! Keep fighting until you find your purpose, I don't know you but you matter.

I grew up in a Christian home, but nothing about it ever felt right to me. I'm not saying it isn't right, but it wasn't what felt right to me. I'm still on the journey figuring out what it is that does feel right, but Manafest has always been here to remind me that life is okay whenever I get down.

I'm 65 years old and I'm not too fond of rap, but every time I hear this I can't help but cry. Youngsters in Christ take up the banner for Christ like Manafest😂😂😂

This song has helped through some hard times. While I was in physical therapy after a car accident, after my grandmother's death, and when I was contemplating suicide. This song helped me find my way back to the norm and keep going

I was 4 years old when I heard this song. After that I never heard from it again. But many year's later I stumbled upon it again. Right when I was going through tough time's. I know from heart that it wasn't just a coincidence that I was hearing this song through those tough times. It was God telling me to come back home.To come back to him. Its 2020 now. But I still listen to this to remind myself that I'm not alone.

Such a powerful song... To God be the glory...

I went to his concert a couple nights ago and of all his songs this was my absolute favorite. His drummer is crazy, his guitarist is amazing, and he really owns the stage with a great voice, great lyrics, and a heart after God's own. If you ever get the chance to see Manafest, you need to take that opportunity and go.

If there is one thing I'm thankful for on this earth in this life which makes us fuck up on a daily basis, then it's musicians as awesome as Manafest, who is a poet as well, who makes you want to stand up even if your legs won't hold you up, who makes you try to climb up that fuckin hole you fell into, because through his music he's reaching out his hand to you. It's magical! At the chorus, Chris opens his mouth, and Trevor's voice comes out!! :D This song is so encouraging. I've been a "good kid" all my life, not popular or well liked by any stretch of the imagination, and haven't done any of the "bad kid" stuff like drugs and parties and drinking. But still, I have been depressed, I have been lonely. This song is a huge reminder that every time I run, Jesus is always with me

I remember my mom sending me this song while I was out doing things I shouldn't and living a lifestyle that was hectic. I'm 38 now and cried hearing this for the first time after all this time. My momma loves me so much and I'm beyond thankful for her and her love. Yes, I wised up and got my act together. It's good to hear songs like this that remind you and humble you.

Okay so I've been going through depression bc i know that i am not in the right place with God. My youth group is doing Francis Chan's "Crazy Love" and it was talking all about lukewarm Christians.... i can't even tell you how discouraged i was. Was wondering if i were to die if God would really except me... I went to my grandparents house for the weekend, and after they had gone to bed decided to turn on the radio. I cried when i heard this song. Was so encouraged. Thanks Manafest!

Beautiful song. For those at the point of giving up , please don't 🙏. My nephew gave up and it kills me that he did. He killed himself 2 yrs ago this July and I think it was rougher than the day my brother was shot and killed. How? My nephew took his own life and he had children and grandchildren. He was 44 and lost all hope in this world and in God . He lost his mom and dad and pretty much lost it after that. I just wanted to say look for the help if you think there's no way out but to do away with yourself. You are precious, all lives are precious.

Saw them live in Anchorage; I'm an old dude, almost 60, and went with friends. But when they played this song my jaw dropped... So meaningful, so heartfelt. Not at all like the rap/hip-hop stuff - which I liked too - but this would be a top 50 tune if they weren't a Christian band. These dudes are for real; they really love Christ.
