This truly angers me. As a mother of a six-year-old child. I take extra precautions to make sure that she is safe. I am currently homeschooling her to keep her from random school shootings. She has anxiety and fears of being shot at school. Now it seems that she cannot ride with me to the grocery store in the car because of people like this who stand on their property and shoot at random car. Also because of the road rage here lately. I tried to be very careful of not pissing someone off in traffic. America is just full of so much anger hate and rage. It is truly ridiculous! 🤷🏾

The sad thing is that when they're on code, they'll make it make sense. The judges, lawyers and many others. We'll see how this turns out

I'm a father and this right here really burns me up because this couldn't been my child getting shot. I'm very emotional when it comes to kids getting shot and killed by senseless act of violence. People need to stop killing these babies.

If the 'police' AND the mental health associations were doing their jobs, other than eating donuts, drinking and looking at P**n on their phones, they could have mandated him to some form of treatment. The perp showed signs of instability. THEY knew. But the 'righties' complain when we say DEFUND them for not adequately doing the jobs they swore to do.

Death penalty is not enough for this monster.

He took the life of a child. He's not the victim. Authority better do justice in this matter. My heart goes out to the boys family. Prayers for them.

I am white and I am ashamed that this man was born. I hope the Judge does not wuss out and give some typically privileged light sentence.

Release that man to me pls. Or the father of the child. We can't just put this in jail. It needs to be more severe when you intentionally kill someone. I don't buy the mental health in this situation. He knew what he was doing. The penalty isn't tough enough for him to not care.

I agree wholeheartedly,but this disturbing trend has been going on for too long and it only seems to happen in America. Here in Australia this would never happen because we made radical changes to gun laws when we had a mass shooting almost 30yrs ago. I am in disbelief when I see a story pop up nearly everyday in America of innocent black people being murdered and it makes me sick to my stomach. I wish you peace and prosperity🙏🏾

First and foremost as a Forensic Psychologist that specializes in dysfunction and psychopathy he made specific statements that confirm he was well aware of what he was doing. A thinking and thoughtful person would have really paid attention to his confirmed statements. Competency requires an understanding of right and wrong, he was aware as he was trying to prove something or at least he said he was. Just because you have mental health issues (and this may not even be the case) does not mean you should be absolved of accountability for your actions. Prior to engaging in a verbal sparring with me you have to know what you don't know as it will only highlight your ignorance.
