In Nick Cox MUFC have a genuine developer of talent. An educated man who is innovative and understanding of the clubs history, the expectations of the fans and the wider difficulties talent identification and the development of talent brings in terms of defined lines and open doors. Rewarding but certainly challenging, certainly time consuming.
I am a regular watching the U18s (and have been for decades) and the current U18 squad has a depth of talented youngsters with the potential to have successful careers in professional football. The Boys won the final of the U18 League Cup against City on Tuesday and are top of the U18 North league and will be playing the winners of the Southern League (looks like it might be Chelsea) to be crowned U18 Champions👍👍 I am looking forward to seeing the progress of their careers in the coming years
Nick Cox deserves more praise 👏🏽 ❤

We had more than 250 shots against us the last 10 matches, nearly the worst in Europe. Winning against Sheffield is celebrated like a CL victory. An undeserved win against Coventry(!) is hailed by TenHag as a ‘great achievement’! I have lost all faith in TenHag and want him gone asap.

@@Iitoni So, in your opinion, a critical attitude is equal to disqualification? How you see that principle transfer to other areas of society? Asking a critical question about the government will automatically lead to loss of citizenship? Does that sound democratic to you? I think a critical attitude is important especially considering our very poor season and generally very bad performances under TenHag. We see nothing of Ajax in United under him. I could go on. In my view, TenHag isn’t even an average manager. He should never have been hired. The Glazers hired TenHag. End of. PS I’m 71 years old and saw my first match at Old Trafford in 1971.
The one thing I’ve liked about nick coz every time I’ve seen an interview is that he’s super passionate about the club and wants the best . With how well the u18 and lower academy’s are doing it feels like that side of manutd is run like a well oiled machine , whereas above that not so ! Feels like there 2 seperate entities

"Our main driver is: it's just how this club does it." In light of recent results and all the speculation regarding the team and ETH, it's sometimes hard to keep optimistic about the future. Thank you Sky and Nick for making my day ❤
Ten hag has to deserve some credit for enabling youth to continue to develop in the first team in-spite of how poor some of the senior pros have been this season. He has backed the youth and you can see they are carrying out his instructions on the pitch. Mainoo, garna, hohjlund, dalot, Amad, Willy, forson all give a 110% and work their socks off for the manager. Goes unnoticed the amount of young players he’s brought through in 2 seasons
Hiring Nick Cox is one thing Ed Woodward did right

Trust in the youth, love my reds to death!! 🖤
I don't think united need to sign a striker. Wheatley looks class and will be good back up for Hojlund.

Those"MEDIA"members will bring all our youth players down after a game or two now...max. it's called the class of 92 for a reason and is 32 years ago!
Jesus did Sky Sports make this? ( normally everything is negative)
Should he not be asked why is it that Garnacho was never taught to cross the ball or look for the number 9 in his time in the youth academy, as he plays like a player that was never taught how to do that.
Manchester United need people who can win trophies 🏆 like the rest clubs Manchester City… this is not time for kids… the young once can play for FA Cup

Wow the difference between the manager the class of 92 had with Eric Harrison shows how much it has changed. They were scared stiff of Harrison even more than Ferguson yet they all still cite him as a legend so really this softly softly approach doesn't seem to be working. The putting them down, ridicule, bullying, shaming,no compliments, terrorised by older players, forced to do crappy jobs, clean toilets and generally being beaten down and treated like crap was much better as it formed a bond and sure sone that never made it went on to a life of depression and addiction but they obviously just wasn't good enough
Rashford is rubbish. He’s is our biggest problem. GET RID.
