Can this work for complicated grief? I suffer from long term grief from my mother passing from cancer 6 years ago and childhood trauma when I was 5. I’ve had depression and anxiety ever since my mom passed and it only got worse once I was exposed to my former foster daughters trauma history. I would love to be healed from these symptoms.
