I thought in every city I lived in the city has the rights from the sidewalk to the street including the green space between the sidewalk and the curb so in this case the landscaper was on the city property and no sidewalk the city or county still has right of passage!

Be T. I was thinking the same thing. That man needs to direct some of that energy into the care and maintenance of his yard. Some weed killer, filling in the bald spots, some grass seed, maybe install a sprinkler system? Give him something else to think about, relieve the stress of being White in America.

Big surprise Clearwater PD chooses not to prosecute a dangerous individual who brandishes a rifle and threatens the lives of two unarmed people over temporarily blocking his driveway. He literally pointed a gun at unarmed people because he was upset and the Sheriff has no issue with it. The same Clearwater PD (different Sheriff) that initially declined to prosecute Michael Drejka for shooting Markeis McGlockton even though it was clear as day McGlockton was backing away as Drejka shot him. It took the story going viral for any thing to happen like always.

What ever happened to "Sir, you're blocking my driveway. Please move your vehicle".
