He did! The guy complained to Dept of Labor. Feds found him guilty of intimidation and retaliation, and he had to pay the guy another $9000 in back overtime and wages, and pay another $30,000 to other employees.

What that 'boss' did was so freaking petty, I had to actually go back to rewatch the part where the reporter mentioned the former employee put in his 2 weeks notice, and wasn't fired, making sure I heard that correctly haha

If this employer denies having dumped these pennies outside his former employee's house, he still owes him his wages.

He can actually file a lawsuit against his former employer for doing that. There is a certain amount of pennies allowed by law to be paid for goods and services. And coating those pennies with oil, defacing a legal tender of its usability, is a federal offense. I hope he read this comment.

Id take him to court for my final paycheck still. Then when he admits to messing with the coins so he doesnt pay that paycheck a second time id take his court admissions to a DA for defacing currency.

Right? In home service, doesn’t get any better than that! His ex-boss is a f***ing weeny for doing that to him! That’s majorly petty, & had to take a lot of time to gather that many pennies, & help to get it to the guy’s driveway.

Literally went out of his way to get all of those penny. Lube them up. Probably took him hours in total once he got it to the mans house. And then he loses business over it because everyone knows now. That guy is a weenie lol

Leaving that job was a great decision that lad made

What a deranged boss. It’s all for the best that he quit the job. At least he finally got all the money he deserved after this long time consuming process.

Also, those pennies prob weren't loose like that when HE got them. So he took even more time to unwrap them as well. He probably thought he was being so darn smart.

The boss called him a weenie for bringing it up? Who gets paid in thousands of oily pennies, and doesn't bring that up?! That's prime "bringing up" material. It's literally harder to not bring that up, than to bring it up!
