Man Mockingly Taunts Black Woman on Plane, But Unaware of Who's Sitting Behind Him!
Right after the plane took off from Barcelona, a man began hurling racist insults at a Black woman seated next to him. What he didn’t realize was that, in the row right behind him, sat a passenger who would do something he could never have anticipated...

    As a white person, I use to spend each spring sitting in the sun to tan my skin. Most of my friends did the same. We were jealous of those who could get darker tans. So tell me why people are racist against someone with darker skin. Perhaps some of it is jealousy and we just don’t realize it. I was the same person with tanned skin as I was before tanning. Skin color did not change the person I was. We are all the human race. God made us to be the color He chose for us. God does not make junk! He creates miracles. We need to try to live up to His expectations of us and love unconditionally! 🙏🕊✝️❤️

    Racism is not about skin color. It is about race and deeming those of a certain race as inferior merely because they are of that race. Period.

  • @JanSkaggs

    @JanSkaggs

    Ай бұрын

    @@Irish__Clan I disagree. Color defines many races. If everyone was the same color the differences between us would be less. People in different parts of the US were raised differently. But mostly colors of the skin divide us, not the difference in ideals. So it stands to reason what we see overrules who they/we are. Racism is about the difference in race and for the most part we are only different because of skin color. We all bleed. We all can get hurt emotionally. We all have love even if it’s a love for evil. We all have feelings. We have differences in traditions and these can be learned and shared. We can benefit from learning the heritage of other races. What stops that? Judging the color of skin before getting to know the person. If you are racist, you let color lead the opinion of a person. We all lose when color makes a difference - and it does. It shouldn’t and in a better world it won’t make a difference. But if you think color isn’t the first reason for racism, I disagree. Before a person speaks we see skin color. You choose to be open to that person individuality or close off due to skin color. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and say I hope you do not see skin color. That is a great thing! However the world has taught us that we are different inside by the color we are on the outside. It is up to us to do all we can to break down those walls! How is it that a person thinks someone is beneath them because of their race? It is about color. You’ve given a definition of racism but that is not where the division starts. You judge those of a different color to be beneath you. God created every one of us. Jesus said to love everyone. We shouldn’t make enemies of someone we don’t even know. If you are racist because of where a person is from or their political beliefs or moral code or religious preference it’s not exactly racism. It’s when you turn your back on a person before learning those things that makes a racist and you walk away from the outside color of that person. There is a difference in not liking a person once you get to know them and not making the effort to get to know them because of the one thing you see before words are spoken! The color of skin! God bless you! 🙏🕊✝️

    Two years ago I flew a Turkish Airline to Turkey as the first leg of trip to Rwanda. My seat was between the aisle and window seat. A woman and her adult son approached, ready to take the adjoining seats, but instead they had heated words with the stewardess in Turkish. Thinking that they wanted to sit next to each other, I offered to exchange seats with one of them. The stewardess told me that wasn't the issue; they wanted me to be seated elsewhere, but she quickly told me she would move them instead. They were out of sight before I realized that they were objecting to sitting next to me, a Black man. If I had known what that was about, I would have given them a piece of my mind. I have 3 degrees, I doubt that they were better than me in any way.

Don't ever feel like you have to tell any racist or anybody for that matter how educated you are in order to gain their respect. Racism is so very real & listening to this story brought back memories for me. In 1994 my college tutor said that I'm too ambitious for a black woman to want to go to university. This was when I asked her to sign the said paperwork. Whilst at university a lecturer who made it very clear that she finds black people disdainful said to me "university is meant for whites not blacks". Hearing this story just reminds me of what a lot of black people have gone through. Even now, I still face discrimination but as raised by my mum that I should leave these people who are at best ignorant to God. The thing is this. We all bleed when cut, we all have the various blood types to which lives are saved It's funny because white people go on holiday to get a tan, to be a darker hue, yet have an issue with black people. I'm proud to be a black woman, & I won't allow myself to be discriminated against.

As a black woman my view is I am who I am with pride and who doesn’t like it have to deal with their own demons! Also the airline give allocated seats for reasons of health & safety in case of an emergency.

    Exactly the quick fix that I thought of. To move him to an aisle seat next to a black buff man, would have fixed this, but putting the daughter by the window, and moving Eric back would have been proper. I’m thankful for witnesses that are not afraid to give their experiences to the Airport and Gail, would have had her power back.

    This shouldn't have gone on this long. Clear and simple the flight crew should have told the man they were moving him to a new seat. Then try and place mother and daughter side by side if feasible. This back and forth arguing having other passengers to voice their opinions was totally unnecessary. This just escalated misery on both sides. Continuing argument wasn't going to solve anything.

They always seem to feel so "threatened" even when we don't see or acknowledge them. I wonder why?....could it be that their need to "prove" their superiority is based on their own insecurities....based on whatever?" No matter what they do or how hard they try, we will always RISE. STRONGER & BETTER. Even the modern day slavery can't hold us down. We are God's children and we will RISE beyond their wildest imagination. We must and we will.

    I was so humiliated by this, because I was discriminated , not once,and even with a physical slap in my face, years ago ; but nothing came out of it as no one was willing to stand by me. I am happy for this outcome, that justice was served, a lesson taught, and a lesson learnt by the culprit, that he was man enough to apologize to them. Also to meet with them, as they seek to put a closure to the incident and to see face to face if the apology was sincere ,from him ,so they could move forward with their lives. Thankful, that the public supported them, and they too benefitted from the bravery of this Mom and Son, who were willing to seek legal justice. It's not about money but the dignity ,respect and freedom of other's rights,* on this planet earth; and to God be the Glory, it was not swept under a rug.✝️🙏✌🏳✌🏳🙌💥💞👌

    I am so sorry thus has happened to you, I was raised you only judge someone on their character, how they act and what they say, I prayed and asked ABBA ROMANS 8;15, why does this happen, he responded its good verses evil, it had nothing to do with race, and it is in all races, I taught my children this and they in return, taught their children also, it happens to a person in different ways, what ever will get us upset, Satan will do, just because we can be saved and have a relationship with ABBA and he blew his chance, because of pride, he wanted to be like ABBA, but take him out and take his place, because he wanted to be worshipped, he stood before the throne, and was the head angel, he does it to destroy us so we will blame ABBA, and be mad at him, instead of where the blame belongs, at Satan's front door, I have to read the word everyday, so I can tell who is on ABBA and who is of Satan's, and so I will have peace in the middle of a storm, just remember you are ABBA'S and why things like this happens to us in different ways, but the hurt is still hurt, but DON'T let it destroy you, matthew 13 24-30, the wheat and the tares good verse evil, see you when he comes, there are people of all races that are behind you because you are his, love a white sister. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

    Actually, the airline's cynical remarks and actions did the greatest injury, because they pacify the evil of the racist, and racism. They, the airline workers applied just a bandaid to a freshly bleeding wound without treating it properly. They also did injury to their own consciences by being willfully dishonest. Such kinds of people are also susceptible to diseases brewing in their own physical bodies, because they are insanitary in their very reasoning and judgment. They have little or no sense of the desperate need for cleanliness in their own mental world, in their physical world, and in the social world we all share.
