Man Mistaken For Doorman |
An African American man found himself in the middle of an astonishing mix-up after being mistaken for a hotel porter by a cynical business shark attending a conference. Upon hearing about what happened, the latter's colleagues started making fun of him for mistaking the company’s CEO for a hotel worker. Yet, the arrogant businessman refused to step down and devised a plan to destroy the guy who humiliated him…

I had a business in Boca Raton FL. I was carrying a package and got on the elevator. This guy got on carrying his grocery bags. A couple approaches and tells us they live there. We should get off the elevator. Wally, a black guy who opened a big mouth said he has been in most world countries, met presidents and world leaders, owns a whole floor in the building should get off. Stood his ground and said I was with him. It turned out he was a famous entertainer, and we became buddies. You never know. Be courteous and polite,
@dunkone40

I see that your post received received a lot of likes but I'm thoroughly confused. I had trouble keeping track of who's who. You indicated that you were carrying a package on an elevator. I'm not sure why that detail about the package is relevant but then you mention that another person gets on the same elevator carrying grocery bags. I'm not sure why it's relevant that he's carrying grocery bags either but the story goes on to mention that "a couple approaches". I'm assuming that you are suggesting that the couple gets on the elevator as well since you, at this point, haven't indicated that you've gotten out of the elevator. Out of nowhere, there's a new character in the story named "Wally" who "opened a big mouth". Was it his big mouth or are you referring to some other object that you may be referring to because it's large opening? Also, why is it relevant that Wally is black? (So many questions) At this point, I'm even more confused as to who Wally is speaking to about getting off of the elevator. Is he, Wally, saying that he wants to get off of the elevator or is he suggesting that someone else should? If so, who? you, the couple or the guy carrying the grocery bags? Who was the famous entertainer? Wally? The guy carrying the grocery bags? One of the couple? Who ended up being friends? You and Wally? You and the guy carrying the grocery bags? You and the couple? I'm also wondering how long the elevator doors were open. If you're in an apartment building going up (I admit that's an assumption on my part) the doors had to remain open for a very long time for all of these people to get on. Otherwise, why would these people be getting on the elevator, going up, from different floors within the building? Where are they coming from if they're already inside the apartment building? I've spent a lot of time pondering these questions and feel like I'm too invested, at this point, to just walk away from this story without knowing how these details all fit together.
Thank you to the cast crew writers and Mr Garry for another fantastic story line

BRAVO! THE VIDEO WAS OUTSTANDING!
Sad to say that this happens in real LIFE!
It’s sad because I have been through this so many times. People judge base on color and feel as if you are a certain race/religion that you are dirty, you ask for consistent hand outs, you’re lazy. This is the stigma that is absolutely disgusting. I am glad Amanda showed the true colors of this disgusting boss. You will never get far with outdated, envious thinking. And a special spirit will bring you all the way to the top, so the fall can be that much greater! Love it!
This happens all the time on a smaller level, but when it doesn't happen, a lot of stereotypes are broken and your mind is opened into a new world.
Much support from 🇸🇴
The way DramatizeMe has come up with the new perspective of Business paradigm has turned out to be ideal one. The dialogue of each character is of excellent command of language:the advanced speeches and terminologies. As my past experience about renowned people involving in many business, I must say, quite a few tend to be so boastful or disdainful toward the lesser one. Real person, ironically, keep their reputation as quite as possible as success be known by their manner not by aggressive trait. This should be the ideal way that many should consider.

Like a lot of these, the first few seconds can usually be explained differently and the misunderstanding could be explained otherwise. The vest looks very much like a uniform that I wore for a similar job (an usher at an event) except it was gold basket weave pattern on the front instead of the flowers. But immediately after he shows his true colors. Being so rude wouldn't have been acceptable even if he had just worked a different job at the hotel ("that's not my job" could mean that he worked there, but not as a porter). He goes far past the point of no return and is soundly punished for it! Stellar work as always!
This is a very good example of good and bad business. Owners
