One of my favorite shows, and one of the rare ones I've seen more than once

The OA, both seasons, are amazing. There's so much to it. I would put it in the same category as the Fringe series. A build-up to where the main character has an important role.

You should do season 2 as well.

Season two of the OA explains it was real. Its a good ahow but netflix canceled it after the 2nd season so it has a lot of unanswered questions.

Why does everything always have a price?

A lot of people love this show, but IMO it was mediocre. I'd watch it if they made another season, but there's so many other shows that deserve to be brought back way more then this one.

I can’t believe this series got cancelled. It just shows you intellectual people are few and far between. Stranger Things thrived because it was simple and a middle schooler could understand it yet when shows come out like this that require a higher IQ to understand they get cancelled because most people aren’t intelligent enough to grasp the plot. It’s so frustrating that we’re constantly stuck watching basic level concepts play out over and over and over again just because most of the population has the intellectual capacity of a 7th grader. This show deserved an ending.

The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Rick's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Rick & Morty truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Rick's existential catchphrase "Wubba Lubba Dub Dub," which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Dan Harmon's genius wit unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools.. how I pity them. 😂 And yes, by the way, i DO have a Rick & Morty tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand. Nothin personnel kid 😎
