It's a lot more affordable than most people think, especially when you compare it to an elk hunt for instance in the US. You can do a 7 day hunt for 4 animals for around $4K plus $2K flight and $1K in tips.. Its not that expensive to have them shipped back either, it runs around $250-300 per animals for dip/pack/shipping. Set a goal of what you want to do, save a little every month, and eventually you'll get to experience one the greatest hunts on Earth! Growing up I thought Africa was always out of reach, and now I've been twice and already planning the third trip, it really gets into your soul and you constantly dream about going back.

1987ream on the site it says for 1 Hunter it's $450/PH is that per hour? If so that's way more expensive isn't it? Different with elk you at least get massive amount of some of the best meat you can ever eat:)

Pretty much winter there now, right? Enjoy the balance of your trip bud, hope you do well on the hunts!! Oh, if you can get your hands on some Spring Valley bottled water, get it, our family's business. It comes from one of 2 known springs on the planet with THAT water. Great stuff...

Should look at keeping a open hand on your bow grip if your accuracy or shot groups are off ever, but nowadays I notice about 50/50 where some keep a closed grip versus a open grip. So I could be dead wrong what the experts say these days on proper bow shooting technique.

If he was going for a second shot there's no way he could have loaded another round in the chamber and yes I think I could have done better because I would have immediately jumped into a thorn bush and then take the next shot or I would have moved to the left and ran behind the animal then fill him with lead. Also there's no need to get salty over my point of view of what I can see and what I can understand
