They just word it differently by using words such as "Recklessness", "Substantial and unjustifiable risk" and "when he or she is aware of and consciously disregards the risk" 😂😂 However the juiciest bit and indirect way of the law calling someone stupid would be .... "when the risk is of such nature and degree that disregarding it constitutes a *gross deviation* from the *standard of conduct* that a *reasonable person* would observe in the situation"

BH Vogue he got karma for not obeying the rules because they said the fireworks were illegal in where they live, so karma was served which was accidentally setting off embers of the fireworks into the house, which caused a fire where they were not aware of for minutes and so karma was not obeying rules = fire in house !!!

Even the bike outside is a total loss.

The odds of it going through the open windows just blows my mind lol

I thought arson was an intentional act, smh he definitely did not intend to burn his own house down. I think he should have been charged for illegal possession of fireworks, some type of reckless act, and a fine. Just like if you accidentally shoot someone you do t get charged with murder, it’s a lesser crime, smh
