Ahhh 2:40 wheein was talking about the prank the members did for her birthday 🤣🤣 Hwasun it's so cute 🥺🥺

As mentioned by the other comments, Wheein was referring to a prank but can be easily taken out of context without any explanation. They all like playing pranks on each other, their CEO oftentimes joins them. Hwasa has always been affectionate towards Solar. During pre-debut, hwasa even wrote in a fan Cafe post how she bit her unnie because she found her so cute. Lol. It's rarely shown on camera because she's the fatal maknae but she often turns into a baby around solar. Roommate lines are my favorite (hwasun and wheebyul) since we rarely get these subunits. We've had glimpses of these whenever Wheein and Moonbyul harmonizes in their songs and Hwasa and Solar's rendition of save Me from myself is immaculate. Thanks for reacting to both videos. Really enjoyed them. Also, Solar recently released an OST and she posted a special clip in Solarsido if you want to check out new music. 😊

oh my god yes it was a prank, the way that clip is in there without any explanation looks so bad! in the early days they did a lot of pranks like that, like the one in the mr ambiguous video where they think someone is saying they aren't very good, and pranks where they pretended the recording studio was haunted, and one where hwasa and the ceo made the others think she was in trouble and going to be kicked out.... i hate to watch those videos cause i find it too upsetting, but i guess if they were the ones choosing to do them and everyone was taking part then it's not too bad. it sound terrible like that without context though!

oh yeah, wheein's story was from one of her vlives, she was talking about a prank the other three pulled on her for her birthday. they're always doing ridiculous pranks on each other's birthdays and usually fail them miserably. this particular one sticks with a lot of fans because of wheein saying 'if hwasa leaves, so do i' and i absolutely love all the ships in mamamoo, you can see how much these four mean to each other. solar + hwasa used to also be called the rare line, since that pair had the fewest interactions but that's changed fairly recently. some of the more recent stuff, like hwasa smothering solar with kisses and just laying on her when they were both in sweats turned out to be her affection going crazy as a way to cope with the recent loss of her grandmother (who passed away days before their "aya" comeback but hwasa only told people when her most recent episode of 'i live alone' aired). i mean, she's done the kissing to wake solar up before but during this comeback her affection levels were way over the top, esp towards solar (who she often jokingly yet affectionately calls 'grandma' because she's the eldest)

@@mindyourownbusiness3276 Yea seriously I don't like the implication that the only reason Hwasa and Solar were close recently was because Hwasa's grandma passed.. Thats just weird. They've clearly been very close for a while, just look at everything during Twit era

@@exessen1684 yes, even not only during twit era even way back during their early days like 4rm 2015 ,these two were even roommates.all mamamoo members had bad starts with each other but as time went by they grew closer ,people tend to think solar hwasa aren't close because of their lack of on screen interactions but you can clearly see how much they love and adore each other so much with these little on screen interactions we see so those who are saying there just close this era because of that pretty much don't know them
