Mama and Rocco Bake Peach Cobbler - the perfect summer dessert!

It’s officially Summer, time for Peach Cobbler!!
This recipe was easy and delicious- even without ice cream! We used a combination of fresh and frozen peaches and loosely followed this recipe from Tastes Better From Scratch (we halved it, measured with our hearts, and added almond extract to the peaches!)
Two things I’d do differently next time: we didn’t peel the peaches (made it more difficult for Rocco to eat) and it needed more than 30 min bake time, even with the recipe halved. More like 36 min.
It’s perfect as is, but we’re already thinking up all of the yummy combinations we can use with this recipe- might add some raspberries next time! Or, serve it with basil ice cream!!
