I think it is really unique to find someone that knows a lot about all types of antiques. The bonus is that Mary's know how is not drawn out and boring. In 30 minutes you learn a lot.

Hooray! One of the best resale shops ANYWHERE has a new location and Mary Beth is taking us on a guided tour! 🎉 It's just as spectacular as the original store and you found so many pretty things to share with us. I can't believe how good their prices are! I'm a few days late on this one. It's been a busy couple of days and I don't like having to stop in the middle of "our" shopping trip, so I waited until I could watch it without interruption and not too late. I'm not chancing missing something because I'm sleepy! 😂 Hope you picked up some wonderful new things yesterday on your return trip - I'm banking on you picking up some pieces from that tea set! @25:15 Just picked this set up including the oval dish. I didn't have the hear to break up the set! While at Mam's, I was talking with two other shoppers and told them about the channel. One of the ladies handed me her phone so I could find the channel for her. I also showed her the subscribe button 😎as well as the description section of the video for the store address. While doing this, someone who works at MAM brought up the video while I was checking out. I made sure to let them know that the ONLY reason I was at the store was because of the video (serious). Thank you for another quality video!

My Goodwill has the best cookbooks. They are almost always new and great for gifting if I can part with it, $3.99 for hardbacks. My Betty Crocker is so worn. You know it’s loved when there are stains on the pages and the cover is a little dog eared. Priceless!!

Thank you LMB. I enjoyed shopping vicariously with you. I am on a thrift shopping fast and this is the next best thing. MAM is a great charity resale . The selection wowed me and you got some nice things today. You looked so beautiful in your outfit today and so cute in the cowboy hat at the end of the video. If I were there I couldn't resist the 4 floral mugs. The chintz bowl matches the chintz tray that I keep in my bedroom to toss jewelry in that i haven't put away yet.

What beautiful things you have down there! The tea set is exquisite. I think the second jug is for hot water. The tea in the teapot is usually made too strong for some people, then the hot water in the second jug can dilute it. Just take the whole set. You deserve it!!

My favorites this episode: That Loewe bag was a steal at $250 The Jimmy Choo platform sandals Mikasa floral plates The rodeo section would've been fun to peruse. The YSL shoes were well priced but I feel were too trendy with the chunky front and now look a little dated, IMO.

Own Louboutin Decollete 554 100, Pigalle 100, Fifi 45, kitten heels with ankle straps and D’Orsay kitten heels. Most, if not all, styles of Louboutin shoes fit differently. As with all shoes, leather and suede will stretch/give more than patent leather which is more important with Louboutin shoes because of the way different styles fit. Pigalle shoes were tight so sized up on Decollete because of narrow toe box which was a bad choice - my feet slide forward leaving a gap at the heel. Decollete have become ‘valet parking only’ shoes and will be going on consignment. Fifi and kitten heels with ankle straps are my true size and very comfortable. D’Orsay kitten heels are my true size but slip out of them so they will,be going on consignment. As an FYI, the numbers after the style name refer to heel height - higher the number, higher the heel.

MaryBeth is showing you how to shop affordably. She is not encouraging anyone to shop all the time. She is fortunate to be in Texas with many great high end offerings. You may downsize if you wish but let others do as they wish. MaryBeth knows her pricing and educates us viewers on how to incorporate items into our decor or as a hostess/holiday gift. I always learn facts from her videos. She has such a lovely and soothing way to share her time and knowledge. It’s as if she is just speaking to me. I am so happy to have found her channel. A fun way for me to spend some time window shopping and not spending a penny. I wish her many more subscribers.
