    I think the little zip will still run surprisingly well with the street pipe. But will be a while lot better with the Yasuni R. Looking forward to pads two.

    yes for sure, we have a new Yasuni R sitting in the box on the seat, we plan to show the fitting tuning video very soon.

    Finally got mine running right, a big problem was the auto choke not performing correctly. I installed a manual choke and then i could see it was running lean on full throttle. Thankyou guys for your ongoing help, appreciate it. Final setup : 70cc replica kit with stage 6 exhaust 4.5 gram rollers 98 main jet stock pilot jet (32) purple torque spring stock clutch springs

    Hey mate I love your videos, just a question, can I use motorcycle oil in my 125cc Aprilia scooter for the engine oil?

    Thank you brother🙌 You can use the oil if it is specified to your engine. The Aprilia you mention may be 15w50 so stay with the specified recommendation in climate.

    I do own a Yamaha Jog R but it is only one in Australia, we have not done any work on it as yet.

I just bought one some months ago and I am really in doubt where I should start tunning this machine since I plan on doing it over time. Engine or transmission? What are your future plans of this scooter? And could we get a little peak on it sometime?

    @@Angerfisters Perhaps start by ensuring all systems running as best as possible, then it will depend on your budget and your plans. Exhuast and trans. We plan to make it a Street Scooter😜😜

    Hey man I was wondering what fuel oil mixture premix for a euro 2 piaggio typhoon 50cc I have the following installed : Mhr replica kit 20.5 mil delorto carby Yasuni r Super compression crank And help on this would help me out heaps

    Start at 30:1 and lean off as required.

    @@frazenin9637 Check the plug on a regular basis, monitor how the engine is performing. Have you disenegaged the oil pump?

    Hey, i just got a zip yesterday, previous owner said its a stock 70cc zip directly from italy, it says 49cc on the papers, how would i check wether it actually has 70cc or not?

    I put a stage 6 pro replica chrome exhuast on my zip with dr70 witjh orignal carb. top speed is the same but accelration in terrible. What changes should be made to gain performance. Or is the exhuast jus too big for the cylinder.

    Upjet the carb. Also adjust the needle aswell. Start with a 120jet then work down.

    Great video but do you realize the long nuts you used on the head are actually exhaust nuts?

    Thanks for the props🙌.Not really, the are to hold the cover from touching the head vanes. They are the same as the exhaust nuts on some scooters.

    @@scooterstreetau yeah I know what they are for but you got different ones from the factory, I rebuilt a lot of piaggio engines for friends and for myself, i’m pretty sure I got a box of them somewhere 😂

    Never really saw a zip leak at the fuel level censor but holy f*ck did I see a lot of oil sensor leaks😂😂

    yes so true. 99% without exagerration have leaked from what we have seen. It became part of the service to repair the oil leak, same for Aprilia, Vespa n Piag.

    No, not for this build. We will get to doing on this Zip at one stage. New crank bearing seal kit.

    @@scooterstreetau yessir ive seen the videos you guys are probably one of if not the best scooter channel on yt. Its just looking online generally everyone suggests changing the crank on the bike because the factory one maybe good but it isnt strong enough to withstand more rpms than 10-11k (I have a sr50 with the piaggio hiper2 lc) so thats why ive ordered a new doppler endurance crank to try and build up the bike slowly and now i think i probably should have got a kit first then replaced the crank but i guess you live and you learn lol

    @@davidn6546 Thank you David🙌If you have the budget you should change the crankshaft to match the cylinder. Replacing the crank first as you have done is an excellent way to upgrade the engine, get it done and build on top, well done mate👍

    mhr replica is steetrace. its 70* of the mhr pay that bit more for 30% more power

    I think the water cooled cylinder will fit. Seems a waste due to the SP having water cooling built in to the cylinder.

    @@scooterstreetau that doesnt make sence to me, a zip is ac a zip sp is lc, my opinion lc is more relible keeps heat down better and can do long trips

    @@frankdaman9823 That is true but the Air cooled zip has no radiator and no cooling pump or cooling system, so why would you put the SP Cylinder on when it has no water cooling system?

    @@scooterstreetau can put a electric pump on, reduces motor friction to by not using the usual engine powered pump, and i think malossi makes a better mount for the sp it wouldnt be hard to put it on a ac zip, can let you know within next six months slowly started buying parts untill i can go for a rt95 kit

    @@frankdaman9823 We have converted an Air cooled Zip to water cooled system using SP LC parts before, yes it works. Very expensive.

    Hello. This is a bit off topic but in my 2t air cooled peugeot speedfight 3 in the stock exhaust theres another "pipe" poking out off it. Im sure it is a secondary air injection mechanism or something. Does it do any good to block the system off and remove it completely?

    @@scooterstreetau Yes its a "Pollutant emission control system" according to the manual. But I just took it off and did a small test drive on it and it doesn't feel like its doing any bad. Im not really sure if I should leave it like that or put it back.
