Great work Phil, I was the CMMCS person messaging you, no problem at all for the ticket. I know Brands is a bit further/less interesting, but if you ever need/want a few tickets for CMMCS events, I will always be able to send some over.

Expensive weekend for the Jag 110%

Metro cup is cracking to watch, looks like there a few more A series cars competing in it now. shame the grids only small now, but then again there are not the cars about now.

Having first attended Mallory way back in 1956, I haven't been since about 1975 having moved to NZ 1983. Interesting to see the track changes but sorry, not a fan of ute/pickup racing. As for the comment about a "40mph heap of junk", just remember that it was the rear engined Coopers that put the UK on the map when it came to F1. Please, have some respect for history. Even the Goodwood Revival and Monaco historics have one or two drivers (back markers usually) with questionable ability.

The pickups are soooooo good round here. Shame we dont get legends and hot rods on the same meeting on that oval it would be very popular😞

Some horrific crashes. The Jaguar Mk 2 was the worst. I also noticed the advert above the start finish line. Do they plane road surfaces or was there no planeing, sorry, planning of how the sign was made

That 40mph open wheel clattering junk struggling up the hill while on fire was fkn hilarious!!, next up, "Cotton Wool" head in the MK11 that turned it into a something that resembled the face of a Staffordshire Bull Terrier , fruitbats with no clue in a panic situation, mint, cheers for the laughs
