Mallard was built by Sir Nigel Gresley and she broke the speed record of over 126 miles per hour she is a beautiful engine she is Sweet, Kind-Hearted, And Caring to others and she is the fastest engine in the world she is always happy to help anyone but because of her record spencer her brother was jealous of her. mallard visits Sodor to help Sodor and The Furry Metatonia Railways In The Furry Kingdom. She visits America and Canada to visit her brother Wright D. Eisenhower and her sister Dominion of Canada she never lets fame get to her head and shows respect to others if any bad engine or villain bullies her she blows her loud whistle. she always says "Fame is not everything being loyal and kind is part of having friends"
She Is Good Friends with Scotsman, Leo, Emerald Night, and Gordon her cousins and she makes sure Spencer does not cause any trouble for Sodor.
she has good respect for American engines including the North Baltimore Highland Valley railroad engines and respect for older engines including Alan and Daylight she doesn't mind pulling freight trains no matter what job she is given she would do it
