The Mall of Berlin , also known as LP12 Mall of Berlin and Leipziger Platz Quartier, is a shopping center in the Berlin district of Mitte in the district of the same name . It forms the north-eastern part of the octagon on Leipziger Platz . It is a covered pedestrian passage with high arcades and forms a line of sight to the Prussian mansion viewed at the start of the tour, which is the seat of the Federal Council.
The shopping center has around 300 shops as well as the largest gastronomy area (“ food court ”) in Berlin was built in spring 2011. In addition, around 30,000 square meters of space for 170 rental apartments and a hotel were accommodated in the building complex . The project was set at a construction cost of 800 million euros.

Wow! Lucky you .BTW how is the cost in this mall?
I don’t know why but there is this feeling of nostalgia and calmness when I walk through this mall, it’s like time should’ve stood still here at some point, some stagnancy atmosphere. Another fave thing to do in Berlin, is getting to the local coffee shops extra early and having life alt3ring conversations over ☕️ with some of the local eld3rs….boy do they have some stories and life lessons.. if you ever get a chance, put that on your “to do” list 🙃

It reminds me a lot of malls here in Argentina. Malls are, after all, very much alike across the world..

i felt fully immersed if only i had a VR headset :) P.S. i liked the foot steps felt like i was Role playing in the mall
The next malls (Potsdammerplatz, Friedrichstr.) are just a few hundret meters away - i don´t know if this mall was a good idea for the investors.... nearly every district of Berlin has also a own mall ("Center" from ECE) and Amazon and co are not sleeping.
