What a magnificent demonstration of absolute virtuosity. The Agra Gharana embellishments bring out the aesthetic nuances and subtleties that Pt Kaikini, 'Dinarang', would have intended for this bandish. Spell binding !

She is fabulous. Her rendering of ragas are such a blend of melody and rhythm, the flow carries you like the waters of a river.

Her taseer and accompanying seedha theka is sheer bliss.

Malini Ji another doyen of Indian classical music.... Pranams.. What clarity and smoothness!

Wonderfully accompanied on the harmonium by Dr. Arawind Thatte. (Arvind Thatte), and on the Tablaa by Shri. Subhash Kamat.

I was fortunate to listen to this very bandish live in Sawai Gandharva Music Festival in Pune. In Live program, the tempo was little faster than this recording and it was more impactful.

Man dole. Nothing makes the human soul go into raptures more than Indian classical music. Beautiful. 🌹

at 9:26 her dash of tappa is too good. A great talented singer, one of the greatest by any yard stick
