Male VS Female Guinea Fowl Call!!!
The male guinea fowl have a single syllable call and the female guinea fowl have a double syllable call! Can your hear the difference?
If you would like to support Australian wildlife and the production of future videos you can buy me a $1 coffee here: www.buymeacoffee.com/bboa
50% of the funds will be donated to various wildlife charities and the other 50% will go towards production costs of future videos allowing me to create higher quality videos showcasing a wider range of Australian animals.
Please check with your local wildlife experts before offering any food to the native wildlife in your area. What I offer these birds is an occasional treat and only a tiny portion of their overall diet.

Guinea Fowl are kind of nostalgic for me, remind me of visiting my sister's place in the middle of nowhere during school holidays. Fortunately the Guinea Fowl were far enough away from the house that their calls were evocative rather than irritating...

I like how you've got them so well trained now that they automatically take up even spacing on the bench to make your shot look good. The Guinea Fowl are, um... wonderfully unique! But I'm glad we only have the sulphur-crested noisy bois to deal with tbh (although things have been pretty quite since we stopped giving away free crackers and other birb crack). Going to go look through your library for more Guinea Fowl footage now kthxbai :) P.S. Are you on acreage? Can't remember if you've mentioned that about the Big Garden or not. Bet the neighbours are losing their minds from time to time if you're not! :D

Gotta love the Kooks sitting there thinking "mate, you keep that up much longer, all three of us will crank it up and laugh you back to wherever you came from." For those not in Australia, one laughing kookaburra sounds funny and cool, but a whole treetop full of them sounds deafening at times. These three could see Mr Guinea Fowl off if they wanted to, they're just choosing to be chill and let him sing his song for the ladies. :)

Hey, this is the first time I've seen your Guinea Fowl featured in your videos. They are awesome, very unique looking. The thing is I've read that when these Guinea Fowls do this its usually a sign that there's something around that they are wary of. Possibly snakes or some other predator. Tell me, do they scare off the Ducks or Magpies? 🤔🦆🐓
