It baffles me why this video would be age-restricted, but anyway... I was listening to your description all the while picturing all that happening during ejaculation, but then I thought the whole coitus serves to build up momentum to the actual ejaculation, so does this process you described happen over time, or all at the moment of the orgasm? And what about the clear liquid known to most as precum? I would imagine that comes from the vesicles, right?
@Mcfreddo
Жыл бұрын
No, that's from the cowper's gland. The vesicles produce the bulk of the semen.

I'm curious to know what percentage of urologists (surgeons) deny the existence of the internal urethral sphincter. [Some NIH papers say that it's now thought to be part of the muscle that surrounds the bladder - though it functions as an independent piece of muscle tissue.] Some videos (referring to the zone description of the innards of the prostate) just refer to "smooth muscle tissue". The cynic in me says that surgeons who almost certainly destroy sexual function (causing retrograde ejaculation) deny the existence for selfish reasons. "How could I have destroyed something that never existed?"

Where do the 4 or 5 ejaculatory pulses originate? Is this a kind of sucking into a chamber and then pushing out the urethra, or is it all contained withing the tube? Is there a check valve of some kind to prevent back flow, or is part of the musculature able to tighten behind, push the sperm forward and then regroup for the next pulse? Does this squeezing come from the brain, the spine, or some other excitable muscle reaction? What are the normal amount of ejaculation pulses in the male? Do they all have the same number of pulses, or does it vary by age, health, etc.? Thanks

Great video. The secret of the prostate is not alkaline though it's actually sour! The ejaculat only has an alkaline pH because the Prostate only gives of 15-30%, while the alkaline secret of the other glands makes up 70-85%
