Chicken rice was one of my favourites in se Asia. Perfect after a heavy night . Takes a lot of skill to cook . You can't get good Asian food cheap in the UK. Its mainly crap .

The master carver showing dexterity, precision chops ,able to follow ebbs and flows of customers and remembering the orders and portions control according to the price. The guy that makes or break a business, he should be worth whatever he is paid.

not that great tbh - chicken is not juicy and roasted meats are inconsistent - never understood why people queue up for it. the one in sunway garlic chicken rice is 10x better
