Malaysia law evolved from British law, inevitably all lawyers in Malaysia must have better then average English in order to get a "pass" through the Bar. Wonder how he did that with this low level command for the English language. No wonder some of his statements & questions sound so ridiculous, suspect this guy's qualification genuineness.

nurul huda - not racist, but with racist policy like NEP, many non-bumiputra Malaysian are denied entry to higher education, business, tender and many others. The policy is meant to make a supremacy of one race over others. NEP superficially to help everyone, but in reality it's discreetly trying to make beggars out of other race. There are qualified Malays, but this joker holds high position because NEP helps his despite he is incompetent. If we can be like Singapore, without only helping specific race, we would be great. Many non-bumiputra Malaysian are loyal but denied entry to universities despite scoring good indisputable results just because they are not Malay. Some are from poor family and education is the stepping stone to help the family. The administration dominated by Malay is being racist, and many are unhappy but had to remain silent. Look around, everything s control by Malay yet they will blame primarily non Malay especially Chinese. Tepuk dada tanya selera!

In fact, she proved to command very much better ENGLISH LANGUAGE while keeping her cool when he said she was NOT QUALIFY as a pathologist, also claimed that the University she attended was NOT RECONGISED in Malaysia... What a joke.!!! Malaysia can't even produce a good doctor, much less that a pathologist.. @adamist you bagus lah :) allow me to translate your comments to English for the benefit of English speaking viewers here... "After watching your presentation, it is very inspiring to know that you are able to command such an interesting work. I would like to send my cat, Spots, to the school you studied in. My cat can also very possibly work for you. It will be much appreciated if Mr. Abdul Razak is willing to teach my cat to speak the cat language that you are so expert with. Thank you."

Lenny Mueller yes you are rite, the Dpp kn choose to speak malay, provided tht there is English entrepreter, but s.times the entrepreter will also ask the counsel to speak in English, the dpp can speak English, but the question is pretty funny, and its normal for the dpp to create incredibility of the witness, this witness is the best forensic from thailand,n the way she said she represents the dead is the best answer,

MACC must have heaved a sigh of relief when they found out Dr Pornthip's qualification is not recognised in Malaysia. They exploit this to limit her involvement in the second autopsy and use this to discredit her finding. The 'surfacing' of the note right before Dr Pornthip's testimony also raises suspicion.
