Malai Chicken is a famous dish from Punjab. A simple and easy making recipe. Malai Chicken is also known as MURG MALAIWALA. With the flavor of Malai, Milk, badam, black pepper and ginger the taste of Malai Chiclen.
Ingredients:
Chicken : 500gm
Milk: 300 ml
Badam Paste: Half Bowl
Cinamon and Cardamom
Powder: 1Teaspoon
Black Pepper Power: 1 Teaspoon
Salt to Taste
