Thank you Coach! You’ve seen me through this whole thing! I remember you shaking your head when you first assessed my shoulders.
Congrats on those clapping push-ups! I’ve had both hips and both knees replaced so lots of physio exercises to maintain strength. I use the booty bands for glutes! But I’m sure going to try the moves you showed! They look very effective! Thanks🙏🏼
Functional combo movement is definitely the way to go. Not everyone has the propioception to monitor everything all at once but if you can, it makes so much sense. I need to work on this.

I’m a special freak who was made for this, it turns out. No matter who you are, you can focus on one part at a time. That becomes kind of a moving meditation … not everyone crosses the veil on a yoga mat! :)
