I'm so happy I'm not the only one that uses mayo with ground turkey. I use mayo, egg and saltine crackers in my turkey burger recipe and they make an amazing burger, you'd never know that it's turkey. AND SO HAPPY TO SEE YOU CAROLINE! YOU'VE BEEN MISSED!!

I think a Greek yogurt might work well too and less calories.

I use my small food processor also for my veggies for my meatballs - zucchini, carrots, and onion. I use ricotta cheese but will definitely be trying the mayo. You both look great.

I suffer from autoimmune disorder so dairy and gluten is a problem for me. I make turkey meatballs with celery, tri color bell peppers and I have added green apples or apples on hand from time to time and this helps with a moist meatball....never been an issue. Add whatever herbs, spices and condiments you wish. Loving this 😍 I think it will be fun to watch. You guys are hilarious 😂 Lol! 😂🤣😅 If I didn't watch the episode and saw the end, I thought those were cookies. 😂🤣😅 I definitely would try them!

I'm not a fan of ground turkey and usually buy 96% lean ground beef. I also only like the brand name things that I'm used to using including Heinz ketchup. Nice to see you ladies cooking together.

Can I just say that I don’t believe Lauren was being cheeky to her mum ( after watching Caroline over the years if she thought for a moment that she was truly being disrespectful she wouldn’t have allowed it ) Being Irish we have friendly banter like this or as we say here " Having a bit of craic with each other “ 😂. Dummy me bought ground chicken by mistake. I made these anyway and they turned out great. My mix was so wet I didn't add the ketchup this time; I'll definitely try it next time. Thanks for the recipe, it's really good.

Super easy and then they’re all the same size💕

Lauren, try clarified butter and also try adding a combo of ground nutritional yeast, sauteed onion and a smidge of dijon mustard (nutribullet pulverizes and whips) when you want a cheesy flavor
