Do white chocolate and cashew butter with Kataifi. A pinch of salt and a little sugar in the cashew butter. Way better than pistachio.

I’m from Dubai & I couldn’t buy this chocolate because it’s only sold online in one website which open orders at 5pm & in less than 5 minutes it go sold out!😳people trying daily they couldn’t order. That chocolate is really good business!🤑

All my recipes can be found on my IG. This is really simple and doesn’t exactly need a recipe anyways. Layer of chocolate, pistachio filling and another layer. Then freeze “😂”

How did u make the filling? And how does it stay crunchy? I tried and the kunafa dough absorbed the moisture from the pistachio cream.loses the crunch.

You have to toast the kataifi dough with a little bit of butter before you add the pistachio butter/cream.

I used the dried version of the dough. (It was already cut into pieces) I mixed it with melted butter, tossed it in the air fryer, and it came out buttery and crispy. After mixing it with the pistachio cream, it never lost its crunch.

White chocolate, milk chocolate & Katafi mix with pistachio cream and a pinch of salt. Melt both white and milk chocolate , fill chocolate mold with a drizzle layer of the white chocolate and then cover with milk chocolate , chop Katafi and throw in a frying pan with butter to toast the katafi doe remove from pan and mix with pistachio cream and a pinch of salt then add to the chocolate mold and then finally cover with a layer of the milk chocolate.

How do you do the pasta? bc I tried with tiny japanese chop suey, that's the close I can get, Kadaif, never saw that thing here. But i read this is a sweet pasta from Greece.

It’s shredded phyllo dough. Have to look at cultural stores for it

That chocolate is not tempered. Tempered chocolate will have a shiny exterior and will snap when you bite into it. This one was soft and folded when she took a bite.

Correct. I stated why I did that. I had brand new braces when filming this and not going to break a bracket for a chocolate bar lol

@@rubinaislam1 Reserve 25% by weight of the chocolate you're tempering. Melt the rest in a double boiler until it reaches about 45 C. Add the reserved chocolate and stir as the temperature goes down to about 29C and then back up to 32C. 32C is the perfect working temperature for tempered chocolate. If you pour this tempered chocolate into the mould, it will have a nice shine and snap to it instead of being soft and bendy like in the video.

I think the reason many people don't do it is because they're just trying to make the trend and try it, not necessarily make the chocolate in the most correct way.

I purposely couldn’t make the chocolate hard and “snappy” because of my braces and I wanted to be able to bite into it on camera. It was actually still kind of hard so I let it sit at room temp once removed from the fridge before biting. My braces repair bill wouldn’t be worth it.

first person I've seen to mention this, i always thought it was weird when people melt chocolate bars and don't temper it (every single video recreating this chocolate bar) the freezer texture is not the same please stop oversimplifying it. tempering ain't that difficult tbh
