i think for the egg drop soup, u don’t have to add corn starch at all n for the seasoning u can add both soy sauce n salt if the broth (chicken stock n water in 50/50 ratio) is bland. *adding white pepper is good too! And for it not to turn bloopy, let the egg settle in like 10s before stirring (technically if u don’t stir it’ll turn out well as well)

we make it with tomato, we put in oil and cook the garlic and chives, add tomato, cook till theres juice, add water, salt, eggs

I already tried making this soup and I use more broth than water...I also add a lil bit of salt and white pepper along with green onion so it taste a bit better and add chili flakes..it tasted good and i usually make it for my lunch since eating hot/warm soup makes me feel full ehe
